Panda Express — Restaurant in Athens

I want to stop for a moment and say thank you to Julio. My husband went to panda for our dinner as a special treat after a long hard week of work. We had the honey sesame chicken - honey walnut shrimp - n- noodles. We ate the chicken and when we moved onto the shrimp we both agreed that the texture wasn't right and we called to ask if the shrimp is already cooked before they fry it. My concern was it being undercooked and because it's seafood I didn't want to risk it. Julio politely asked if he could do anything to make our experience better. My husband did not want to drive back up there because he is exhausted and we have little ones at home. Julio kindly offered to allow us to exchange our order at a later Date when we are up to driving again. Isn't that crazy? I can't believe it! Now that's customer service with a smile! Definitely not to be taken advantage of but unheard of none the less... I almost gave up on humanity and customer service until this moment. I wanted to say thank you because people are real quick to gripe but not stop to give thanks where thanks is due. So thank you!! Life is expensive and as I said going out to eat is a reward for us. Dinning room was not clean. The table that we sat at had food on the floor under it. I called before we were and asked if they had General Tso Chicken. I was told yes they did. We get there and they don't have it. My husband and I both ordered the big plate. Cost was 10.70. We ordered 2 of these plus 2 small drinks at 2.20 each. Our bill was 32.00. How did they come up with that amount? They way overcharged us. We felt like we were being rushed when we were trying to order our food. The taste and temperature of the food left a lot to be desired. The noodles were chewy. The steak was so tough that I couldn't eat it. Needless to say we ended up throwing away almost 3/4 of our food. For our first time there it will be our last. Not a good experience at all. I will not ever recommend this restaurant to anyone. Great quality of food but, you are lucky if you get three bites of beef in the beef and broccoli meal, honestly would have given them a five if that were not the case but I have even gotten as low as two bites of beef three being the most and I visited this place three times, I am going to go tonight for take out as I normally only get take out these days and hopefully, it was just a cook those other three times that didn't know the correct amount of beef for it to be called " beef and broccoli " but, if it turns out the same amount of meat I will not be revisiting, although the price is good I can buy broccoli cheaper than $10+.
