Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Athens

Unless your able to do training and videos for a monthand learn a hand held that goes page into page don't work for them. I will be tipping more.. these waitors and waitresses are charted they can lose there job and be demoted real quick depending on what they sale! Haylie and Reggie are awesome people and good at there job... I went threw two weeks of training and I'm cut off after two hours of work because I dont know the handheld because the trainer sucks at their job they don't care.. haylie is awesome at anything and everything she's awesome .. even before I got a job there haylie was our waitress.. she deserves to be seen.. not some girl that throws her looks around or someone with no personality... I love chilis but the GM.. no I won't work for a man like that.. rude rude rude and disrespectful.. not taking in concideration.. your trainers did their job horrible... Ask for haylie and Reggie they are great and awesome people.. food is good gm sucks and he has a dry personality he's just doing his job.. I even found him aggravated with doing his job... Train people right with someone worth it.. haylie was a great trainer I learned more in one day than I did the two days before and was treated like I was dumb because the trainers didn't care for me to learn.. half of the employees don't care either they will ignore you when your trying to learn.. go for food and ask for haylie and Reggie other than that .. this chilis is good food with a dry...

Very disappointed in Chili's at Athens. We had a group of 6. When we came in directly asked for a table and no one was waiting in front of us. We were told a 20 to 30 minute wait because all the large tables were taken. We said okay and put our name on a list for the next large table. Went to the bar and ordered a few drinks for our wait which took the bartender some time to complete the order and I informed the appropriate individual we still wanted a table. After at least 20 minutes a table was coming available so I approached to find out if that was our table and was informed we were removed from the list because we approached the bar for interim drinks. I complained and they brought the manager over so I explained the situation to him as I said the table being cleaned should be ours. He was aware that we were incorrectly removed from the list; however, his response was that we would be seated at his earliest convenience.

I have been going to Chili's for a long time beginning with their first location on Greenville Ave and Meadow Lane in Dallas. Never has anything like this occurred and I won't be returning to the Athens locations as long as the existing manager is still running...

Went to the Athens Chili's on a Tuesday afternoon. It was 4:15 p.m. there was more waiters than customers. It took about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and acted offended that we were there. The person who came to seat us looked at one waitress sitting at bar talking asked if she wanted him to seat us in her section and she replied no. He sat us and said he would be back to take our drink order. After waiting 10 minutes he had not returned. We waited 5 minutes longer when someone came from the back, I asked if he knew who was waiting our table he looked around and said he would take our order. He took our order and brought our drinks.Shortly he came back with our food it was good and we thanked him. Then magically the original waiter came by and asked were we ready to order. He was so oblivious that he didn't even see the food on the table. If that is the best caliber of people you can hire you might be closing soon. Go woke go broke. They are there for a job not social club or work when it is convient. The customers time is important. An hour and a half for burger fries and salad is to...
