Had the worst Experience at this Restaurant. When they handed us our food, They failed to mention that half of it wasn’t there due to them running out of food. They assume we will just go on our way. So when we asked why there wasn’t any chips, Queso, Corn salsa, Lettuce, Sour cream And guacamole- The girl running the drive-through literally started shaking and freaking out on us, saying that they ran out of food and that we are holding up a line! when we asked for two tortilla shells since we didn’t get the chips we paid for it. She said here here’s two and that’s pushing it! Like really we didn’t get anything but beans, rice, and protein ( That was basically chunks of fat) We wanted our money back and they could have their Food back! However, since it was an online order, we had to go online and get a refund- Which I did with no issues. Athens, Ohio location really needs to take a step back and look at how stressed out their employees are to the point of a mental breakdown obviously. And the girl needs a lesson on how to treat other...
Read moreI love chipolte and this was the first time I've ever been to this location and it was a mess. They were out of chips and we ordered five things of queso so no chips for all the queso, the burrito bowl was leaking out all over the bag and had the bottom soaked out before we got home, one of the queso was spilled out because the lid wasn't on all the way, one of the burritos wasnt rolled right so it was all over the place and I had to eat it with a spoon, I had to stop and get chips on the way home for all of the dip. I understand things happen but this was a whole mess and basically a waste of $55 on my birthday. So yea if I based my experience in this visit alone, I probably wouldn't go back. I contacted customer service and they said they would credit me a chip and queso, ok that makes it all...
Read moreFood can be hit or miss but that’s understandable. There is a girl I’ve seen working the mobile counter a couple times I’ve been in and she refuses to turn away from her station to help the group of 6+ customers waiting for their mobile orders. The first time a doordasher got her attention to let her know about the waiting crowd and the worker shrugged her shoulders and said that someone “should’ve said something”, even though several people had tried to get her attention/show their order on their phone with no luck. I don’t mind waiting a minute because I know it can get busy, but she will continue to work on future orders and expect customers to talk to the back of her head and consequently look irritated when they “make” her stop what she’s doing. Not...
