Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Athens

I love Jack's! BUT the last two visits, my order has been missing items I ordered. The first visit I placed my order, paid for my order and was told to pull up and they would bring my order out. Within 8-10 minutes a girl was at my car and I asked her for sure that I had the extra I had ordered because there were only two takeout boxes. I had ordered 2 extra biscuits, a side of the country gravy, and a large side of mashed potatoes and gravy. She went back in and came out with a bag handed it to me and said everything is in here. Sorry for the mixup. I pulled into a parking spot and checked there was a small side of the country gravy and two biscuits, But no large mashed potatoes and gravy. Back thru the line I go and explained part of my order was still missing. Pulled to window and was given the potatoes and gravy. Ok, they were busy that night so I just chalked it up to that. Then tonight I decide to go back and I placed my order, pulled to window paid, again told to pull up and some one would bring the order to me. There was no one in the drive thru when I arrived, no one in line after me for at least 5 minutes. Only 3 cars in parking lot on the side by the door. Not busy at all. Again when my order arrived at my car it was only one take out box. Again, I tell the girl that is not my complete order I had a large side of mashed potatoes and gravy! She retreated back inside and about 5 mins later appears with the potatoes and no gravy. Sorry, I did not even go back. At this point it wasn't worth the hassle. Don't think I will visit this location again for a while. I will drive to the other location that is on Hwy 72 east of I-65 that is about another 5 miles further than the Hwy...

if i could do 0 stars i would but i had to pick 1. i went through the drive through at 5:02pm. i order a 15 piece tender box with 2 sides of mashed, added large greenbean and small coleslaw and 5 handpies. i waitied 30 minutes in the line before i got my bag of food. once i got home i noticed the biscuits, coleslaw and greenbeans werent in the order. i called the resturant to let them know 3 items of my order were missing. the woman who picked up the phone proceded to tell me that everyone in the boh saw the order be packed and that i was lying. i repeated what happened, calmly, before she made me CRY. she then hung up on me. my mother drove up to talk to managment about the complete lack of respect and professionalism when the general manager on the shift was extreemely rude but was physcially intimidating and beligerant. we attempted to file a report with poliece but was told it was a civic matter. i would really appreciate if the cameras can be reviewed to not only prove we didnt recieve our full order, but i would really like the genereal manager who was so rude to have conswquences for her actions. she wasn't willing to look at the cameras at ALL (she was INSISTANT so you should check sr31's cameras) or give the customer the benefit of the doubt. thank you for your time. merId...

1st of all we asked the cashier person to clean the counter where the register was it something browns spilled she cleaned up the mess and the same papertowel she rubbed on her hands ,She did not SANITIZER the area or her hands 2, the cashier was not in uniform and didn't know much about the register the manager finally came and put in our orders, 3, The manager Did not WASH her hands after touching the register and coming from the office which was on the right side keep in mind the SINK is right beside the office, they walked right past it I ASKED THEM TO PLEASE CLEANE THEIR HANDS THE MANAGER DIDN'T SHE KEPT TOUCHING THE CHICKEN AND I didn't see they didn't have any Gloves, we asked for Fresh food cause I watched her 3 , then I had to go back to the cashier to asked for Napkins and was told from the drive thru girl said that the company don't want to leave Napkins out because of Costumes were taking them 4, I had to go back and get our dessert that was left off our orders the manager didn't have customer service it wasn't full only 2 people in line the restaurant was not packed 2 people were eating ,We had to clean our own table with my own wipes Not...
