Quite enjoyed the atmosphere/attuned I could sense while waiting in the lobby. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, even though we arrived near closing time, and worked as a team to get everything done and every customer out satisfied. Huge shout-out to Scott! I was having difficulty with the app, and probably sensing the reason I had come into McDonald’s was to prevent my blood sugar from dropping off a cliff unexpectedly (poor planning on my part due to it being out late at night without my debit cards and having only my phone available as a payment option), was very patient, helpful, and understanding of my situation at the time. This was in spite of the clock ticking down on him and the remaining staff as they were about to close and and in spite of other last minute customers coming in with their respective needs as well. Scott should especially be commended for noting the medical urgency of what was happening to me and preventing a possible hospital visit, as it would have been understandable to rush me out the door as quickly as possible versus taking the time to take care of my well-being without sacrificing efficiency. Read moreI love this McDonald's as much as I can love any McDonald's. McDonald's food isn't my favorite, I don't like the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, because it makes everything taste like a mixture of everything else, and I don't like that they don't serve root beer through the drive-through, but I can never have an issue with the staff, no matter how busy they get and no matter how long I have to wait for my order. They do their job as best as they can and as courteous as possible
I wouldn't recommend going to this McDonald's when they get busy, though, because do they get busy. If you really have a craving for McDonald's, or there's a deal on the app too good to pass up, and if you're like me and don't like crowds, check to see if they're busy first. If you're reading this on Google, which you likely are, Google currently has a stat on their page that shows their busy times. I would recommend avoiding those and maybe fan out the congestion to make it easier for the staff

Read moreI went through the drive-thru tonight in the 1st lane to get 1 #10 chicken nugget meal,2 shakes,and 2 frozen drinks. The frozen drinks were half melted,the fries were cold,and they don't know the difference in honey and honey Mustard,when you ask for plain honey. They also were back up to the street for about 30 minutes and when they did start moving it was only the 1st lane and I noticed and finally when I got to the 1st window I mentioned to the cashier that the only reason the 2nd lane had moved was because a blue vehicle had just taken off and there was a white pickup now back there,that had been sitting there forever and she said this is only my 4th day here,I can't do both lanes and they should know that. I said then they need to put a note up and she said they didn't have time for that and she said have a nice night. They lost alot of customers after that,I noticed that were lined up,before that.
