Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Athens

Absolutely loved the food, but the service and the atmosphere here sucked! I ordered with my whole family about two weeks ago on a Thursday night. An older lady with blonde curly hair took our order and gave us our drinks. About 20 mins go by and I had to go ask where our food was. I then walked up to the bar to ask the server and low and behold she was laughing with who I assume was the manager (wearing a different type of shirt) with pink highlights. When I got up there I had nicely asked where my order was and they both just looked at me and the one with the pink highlights just said “they are working on it. They have been busy all day.” I was given a 15-20 min window which by now it has been 27 minutes. As I started to walk away from the bar, they continued to talk and I heard someone yell from the back “counter” and they were just still standing there laughing. So I walk back up there and they are talking about one of the workers there!! I heard some disgraceful disgusting words come out of their mouth that has messed with my soul. The environment here made me queasy so my family and I will not be coming back. It took 30 mins for us to receive our order and when we did the blonde curly haired lady threw it on the table with such attitude. I would never imagine working here if the management is just going to be rude and talk about me...

Had to rate the store in order to write the review. Didn't want to actually give it a 1 * or 2 * but can't give it a 3-5 and miss the chance for the GM to see my review. Short story...been here before, maybe the girl (pink highlights 8:27 ish PM 07 MAR 2024) that I've tipped superbly in the past (one time/one visit) forgot the tip I gave or maybe she is having a bad day. Since she is laughing in the kitchen with the other employee blond curly hair that was also rude as hell, I am going to assume it's just me coming in at 8:20 ish pm because the website says 9:30 to have dinner with my daughter that made them both mad. I was told rudely that the dining room is closed at 9 when at that moment ut was 8:20. Of course , I tried with "I'm sorry I thought you were open"..... "Ask the server then" wow!! Server was nicer tho (found out her name is Mercy) thank you Mercy for being so kind. Pizza Hut please find more like Mercy. Poor thing was in the back working if she had been the one u would've had a 5 star. Fire...

Stopped in to have dinner waited to be seated like the sign says when the girl at the window noticed us eventually we were told to seat wherever. So we sat she came with the menus and took our drink orders left to get the drinks and let us decide she comes back to take the order which was 2 medium pizzas breadsticks. She goes to say they where out of medium okay fine I’ll just get large well turns out they are out of small all medium except thin and so I asked for the large hand tossed making sure with her that they did have that available she then had to go ask came back that they had a few. It’s a pizza place out of pizza dough in the middle of the week before 8pm. If they were out it should have been said before we got the drinks at the very least so we could decide to go elsewhere at that moment. But it’s just sad that they are regularly apparently out of dough and or forgetting the customers that are actually sitting in the lobby this isn’t my first issue but I was very hopeful. But sadly...
