i’ve been to atlanta a few times with close friends and we always make it a point to try new, local spots every time we go.
we found 404 coffee randomly online one morning and decided to go before our visit to the museum and heading back home and we are so glad we did! this place was soooo good - we all loved our drinks and food. the atl themed menu was so fun - i had the stewart avenue and a breakfast burrito, both were amazing.
not only was the food amazing, but the service was great. Yo was holding it down on her own with ease all while being so welcoming and helpful. halfway through our breakfast she asked us all to pick a card from her deck and the message i got was something i really needed to hear. it definitely made a wonderful first impression.
the cherry on top of it all is how pretty the cafe is decorated. it has a special, cozy vibe and the goergia peach bathroom was so cute - as a person who really appreciates a fun, well decorated bathroom that was a pleasant surprise. i will definitely be returning here on my upcoming...
Read moreI stopped by 404 coffee after a yoga class I went to, nearby. As a Florida transplant who is still struggling with these unusual temperatures 😀, I was looking for a nice hot beverage. The moment I walked in, I felt at ease by the welcome I received from Yo. She proceeded to introduce the rest of the staff, Hannah and Mickey, who were equally nice. After ordering and realizing I had left all of my cards and ID at home, they were so accommodating and helped me brainstorm on how to pay. They suggested I place the order online, so I just went on their website and placed my order there and voila!
I had a cappuccino with almond milk and an egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich. Coffee was excellent, and my sandwich was simple and delicious. The place itself is quaint and cozy. The decor is sweet with themes of peaches all throughout. It's odd for me to say this right after mentioning the food, but check out their bathroom for a cute selfie (ladies, trust me on this!).
This place is definitely one that I will stop by again, in the...
Read moreEverything was perfect. I visited on 4/13, starting from walking in the door, the place was clean and cozy. The dining is a bit small, about 5 two-seat tables, but that only adds to the atmosphere, and you can order to-go. Both servers, Yo and Nani, were friendly, helpful, and very personable. The drinks and food are first-rate, I had an iced chai latte, a sausage, egg, waffle sandwich, and their version of a cinnamon roll (I forget what they called it). Everything was fresh and made in-house and was delicious, and the menu has a good variety of items. I love how everything references Atlanta. All items on the menu are named for places in and around Atlanta, such as a Buford hwy, the decor is pictures and items from around the city, and of course the name. I will definitely be going back, totally worth the 30-minute drive and 1000 times better than Starbucks could...
