I have emailed , and definitely, not been happy . This order has not been the First defective product normally , itās just some strings and also Iāve had a couple of T-shirts with holes in them which I have sewn because if that wasnāt that big of an issue because I had gotten them on sale however this order and the sweatshirt was not cheap and I expected better quality than a crease bent up in the God is dope area that will not come out, that was put on poorly , thereās nothing I can do to fix that. I canāt cut that out and I canāt sew that up. I reached out to your customer service with pictures and only got a generic response that you do not give refunds and that items were final sale . I never really realize this until I went on your website and I saw that , but I did also see where you will try to fix it possibly or send a replacement or give a 50% off discount code on the next order which NONE of this was offered to me , only a very WEAK generic response. !!!
This is not acceptable nor is it a good business practice . I do plan on sending all emails and my pictures to the Better Business Bureau .
Unfortunately, I cannot call anybody because thereās no one to call and the emails were pretty descriptive that I sent clearly showed the defectiveness of the product , yet only a generic response . I understand youāre a small business and that possibly the final sale thing is what you need and I totally get that. Iāve always supported small businesses . I have been supporting you . Iāve ordered regularly from you not only for me but my daughter and her friends and have sent many people to you because theyāve asked me where Iāve gotten the things that Iāve worn I do not think that will be happening any longer . They have even worn your things throughout the college campuses.
Iām glad Iām not a new customer because the generic response I received would not be good for a new customer however THE FACT , Iām not a new customer , even makes it more unacceptable. I am attaching pictures again my order number , and I am pasting where it clearly says that you could offer something besides a generic response for a final sale item. Per their website; āāto specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item. *We will provide you with a 50% off discount code for your next purchase if you received a defective product. All wrong orders we send out will be corrected. āāā I have ordered other things and they have not been bent up like this below?

I have been wanting apparel from this line for some time and saw online that they had a free shirt offer with any shirt purchase so I decided to finally make the purchase. I was so excited to receive this order because I had been wanting this for some time and because the free shirt I chose was a Mother's Day shirt. Before I received the order I received an email informing me about a printing issue they had with the Mother's Day shirts. The email said the printing mistake was not that noticeable and they made the decision to send it out anyway so that the shirts would be delivered by Mother's Day. No problem, I wasn't going to complain especially since it was the free shirt with my original purchase. The issue was I still didn't receive the shipment in time to wear the Mother's Day shirt and the original purchase shirt that I did pay for was the complete wrong size. I ordered a size Small and they sent me size Large(I even went back to check it wasn't a mistake I made). I sent them an email about the late/wrong size order but since then have only received Promotional emails to buy more products. After a week and a couple of days after placing the order, I emailed customer service to get an estimated shipping time. The response was they are doing everything they can to get it to me ASAP, and due to moving warehouses, orders recently placed will take 2-4 weeks to ship (As stated in the description of the product) (and the usual message on the website about shippings labels printed, etc). I responded Aug. 22, 2021 asking if I could pick t up, and the response was they were not allowing onsite pickup. I am usually good about reading and viewing messages about delays in shipping, etc., and did not see a message about 2-4 weeks to ship. I went back to my confirmation email received after placing my order and it clearly stated "You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as possible! Due to moving warehouses, orders placed July1-31st will take 2-4 weeks to ship. (As stated in the description of the product.) Since I ordered my items Aug 4, they should have been shipped earlier. And after all of this, they waited until the LAST day of the 4 weeks to ship my items to me, which made me think it was on purpose.
