Yardbbq — Restaurant in Atlanta

Terrible experience, will never return. I ate here 3 times in total, each time ordering the same thing. The first time, my order took 30-40 minutes to be prepared. I didn't make a big issue considering their grand opening a few day prior. The second time, I waited nearly an hour, along with a few other customers. Even through this, I still wanted to support my community! Today, I planned on taking on what I intended to be a quick run to get some brunch. I arrived, no one was in the restaurant except one gentleman, who was responsible for cashiering & cooking. No problem! I ordered & returned to my vehicle around 11:20AM. Around 11:40, I went back to check to status of the order. Still more than patient... The worker informed me that the his method of preparing his pasta will require about 10-15 more minutes. While continuing to wait, another customer came in placed an order and returned to his job, which is located a fee units down. I went back to my vehicle. I noticed that the cook/cashier had come outside with food in his hand. He directly delivered the customer's food who ordered AFTER ME to his place of work. So, with this, I assumed my food was either ready or close to being ready? I mean, I did order before him.. And, the cook wouldn't leave my food cooking, unattended right? So, I asked the cook for an estimated time on the order. At this point, I have waited 45 minutes. He proceeds to tell me that his stove is out, and that it will take another 10-15 minutes. The stove went out, but another customer that order after me received his food, and received it curbside? With enough time to deliver food and God knows what else, there was no communication. I waited nearly an hour to only leave with an empty stomach.. I will not...

Well, first of all I think this place is not an actual building anymore. I thought it was them cooking out of their house and selling food through delivery services or pick up. But the owners did advise me that it’s a food truck. That explains some of the following. Secondly, I will know that this is not barbecue. There was no smoke flavor in the ribs whatsoever although they were tender, they were not seasoned well nor was the sauce any help. The macaroni and cheese was very greasy and not very flavorful other than just tasting salt. I would not recommend this place, but I do wish them the best and I hope that they can improve and become a great business and possibly get back into a building that could be the...

The food is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend Yardbbq! Best macaroni and cheese we have ever tasted. We had a houseful of teenagers and they dug into that pan like it was the best thing they had ever tasted! There was not a single bite of leftovers left!

The chicken and barbecue is also so tasty, juicy, and flavorful. Even the white meat is juicy!

The spinach dip with the homemade pita chips are incredible, also! It’s hard to narrow down what is the tastiest. It’s all SOOO good. Highly, highly recommend the food. Very tasty, home-cooked, food. Even my 80 year old Dad liked it, and he is very picky about his southern food. He gave it...
