I told the lady to make sure some blue cheese was in the bag and she still left the blue cheese out of the bag‼️Even when I returned to the window to get my food told her to make sure there was some blue cheese in the bag the ONLY thing that was in the bag was ketchup which I didn't want nor ask for I wanted my blue cheese for my wings‼️She had no excuse there was no line or anything so it wasn't like she got busy and forgot nobody was behind me when I ordered and nobody was in line when I went back and got my food. She had 2 chances to get it right and she blew BOTH CHANCES...

So my review is solely based on the food. Hush puppies had a strange flavor and were very gritty with odd after taste. Beef Philly had zero seasoning, bland, lots of wet meat with small amounts of veggies. Bread was soaked and falling apart, very mushy sandwich. The wings were cooked well, just had a strange flavor like the Hush puppies so it might be a grease issue. The mild sauce on the wings and the fruit punch were good. I understand that y'all was busy but damn, this wasn't it. The fries again (they're to thick to be under cooked)....I asked for crispy fries, they wasn't even done on both plates. Y'all shrimp taste like grease, the swai fish has no texture very mushy n my hush puppies was over cooked. The burger patty is soooo thin, it's the size of McDonald's Big Mac patty 💀.
