I was in the store for 10 minutes .Only customer totally ignored while the 2 female managers discussed that they were out of chicken and who was going to the other store to pick it up . Never acknowledged my presence. Finally after they finished the lengthy conversation never apologized for being rude and ignoring me . She just turned around and said what you want to Order . I guess this Popeyes doesn’t train managers how to be polite. So I placed my order and stood back because others were coming in the store . The manager first gave my order to the wrong person because she was talking way too much. Then she again never apologized just said to me this is your order so I gave her a look like i don’t want that He had his hands on it. So she re made my order . I looked in my box and I had ordered a 3 pc combo with 1 side $11 and I think she must to have been punishing me by giving me the smallest pieces of chicken in the world. 2 tiny legs and a thigh so open the box like always do when you know you are getting poor service and this was an insult. I stepped back to the counter very calmly asking that I might have been mistaken but I have ordered this meal and usually it’s mixed. The female manager ripped my head off stating that this is private owned and this is what it is and we can do as we want because we ain’t apart of them and I should have asked for mixed. As she rudely kept repeating her self.I almost walked away but she rudely called another Male manager to the counter he then started telling me that you get what’s available and that they are not the same as other Popeyes . My response was if this is the case post a sign and change the name so people will know not to come in because no one comes for who owns the store we come for consistency and Popeyes . I ask the man behind me did he know that this store was not apart of the other Popeyes he said no. My point exactly. all of this . The young man after my education on who owns this Popeyes. I just asked for my money back to never return again. But the Male manager finally asked what was missing I said i wanted mixed and not these tiny little legs she gave me. He looked and immediately resolved the problem and put a white peice in my box this was the most exhausting stop ever. As I walked out the door the rude female manager started talking bad about me to her coworkers I heard her and said I hear you talking about me and it’s very rude . She was shocked. And extremely Loud and screamed SARCASTICALLY HAVE A NICE DAY SIR. I Left never to return to the worst Popeyes in the world. I Feel bad for the owners of this Establishment. You could tell it had just been prepared, which made all the difference in taste and quality.
The cashier was especially polite and made sure to repeat my order back to me, which I really appreciated—it gave me confidence that everything would be accurate. I explained to the rude girl that I have received my receipt already. Because no one was able to give me a refund I went ahead and told them I would take regular tenders. I was there for 30 minutes waiting. The entire staff is unprofessional. Using profanity while having personal discussions with customers there. No one ever apologized for my incontinence. Managers are rude. Got home and the food was disgusting. My kids wouldn't even eat it. I reached out to cooperate and was refunded.
