Really bad customer service. I hate when people make mistakes and refuse to fix it or admit it. I ordered delivery and they claim that the wrong doordash driver picked up my food. The driver called me to explain that they had nothing to give him. I repeatedly said...."it sounds like you guys accidentally gavemy order to the wrong dasher". I was pretty calm, I figured they would fix their error. But the manager continued to deny it! It would had been better had she said that it was their mistake. Common sense says if the wrong dasher has my item, you are the ones who either left it out to be picked up or handed it over to be picked up. Stuff happens, I can understand how that error could occur and I would have been understanding. At this point she is playing with my intelligence because I am well aware that the restaurant just closed. In stead of making my salad again they asked ME to call Doordarsh for another receipt. Out of the 3 plus years of using this delivery service I've encountered errors but never has an establishment asked me to contact customer service to fix their own error. At this point I have been waiting an hour for food and they claim this is the solution after accidentally gaving my order to the wrong dasher. In case no one trained you adequately, that is absolutely unacceptable. They should have made my food over, acknowledged the error, and/or atleast called Doordash themselves. On top of that, Within seconds of contacting customer service.....it didn't take long, I could no longer even place an order because as I already knew they were already closed and no longer available on doordash. This is what the manager was already aware of when she asked me to do this in the first place. I figured i would give her benefit over doubt. So here I am after waiting still hungry and frustrated after dealing with rude, petty, incompetent, and unprofessional service not to mention without even a morsel of food. My first order with them ever,...
Read moreI’ve only been here once before and it was decent. The second time around I discovered a SQUISHED bug in MY food. Employees and manager insisted I needed a receipt in order to get a refund.. I’m pretty sure there is an alternate way to accommodate someone without a receipt who had a bug in their food. On top of that, I showed them all the verification they needed to refund me my money. Pictures, bank statement, call log, and I told them who was there AND who made my salad. Long story short, the manager claimed they needed to do further investigation (said this on Friday) and come back on Monday (today) and they’ll have it ready for me. I did that, and no refund. She insisted I needed a receipt that I obviously didn’t have. Now, how would you feel if you spent near $20 on a salad that you found a dead bug in. Who knows how many other bugs were in there? Also, the employees that work there are not best fit to work around food. AT ALL. As she approached the side of the counter I was at, she lifted up her shirt and her entire belly was hanging out also over her belt... Wasn’t such a pretty sight behind a counter of food and restaurant full of customers. One employee passed by me and coughed the mucus out of her throat. The one who was helping me, one of her nails looked like somebody chewed almost the whole thing off.. she’s standing there picking at it. ALSO, for the toppings that have SPOOONS for you to scoop it out, they decided to use their hands instead. I could really go on, but they did not try to accommodate me in any way with me not having a receipt. Do not try to offer me another salad if I found a bug in the other. Do yourself a favor and save your coins...
Read moreJust don't come here. If you are willing to wait at least 40 minutes to have one salad made, then this may be your place. But worse, don't place an order in advance. They will not make it until you show up. And you're lucky if you get said order after that. Literally just walked in for a pickup order, confirmed the name of the order with the employee, then said employee confirmed my name with the other employee. They then pulled the receipt for my order, then did not work on the order for another 20 minutes while I sat there. When I got up to ask the status, she asked if I was waiting on an order and had to go through the whole process again. Which means she just assumed I was a person sitting there, and was waiting for me to say something. Now I'm writing this review 5 minutes till closing time with two salads. Mind you, there is one other person waiting on an order, and one other person waiting to place an order. So this place is not busy by any stretch. The most uncomfortable part? I watched that one customer placing an order ask what a falafel is, and none of the three staffed employees could answer the question. They essentially guessed with the ingredients are, so I hope the person ordering isn't allergic to what they think they may or may not have ordered. It's also really really gross when you see employees make your salad while they are wearing acne patches on their face. Is...
