Do not go here! This place was great when it first was built in that area and it went completely downhill with customer service and the food quality. We had to basically ask the girl outside to get us the stuff we needed because the lady threw the drive-thru just gave us the bag never even greeted us or say anything after she handed us today. You can definitely tell she had a real funky attitude! We pull up we see a supervisor manager outside and she's also tending to a car in front of us that has pulled up, so I'm thinking that this is a common thing that goes on with mistakes! I open my food because I'm in the passenger side of my friend's car and to realize that I'm missing an extra chicken finger and my fries was not the greatest and on top of that we didn't have what we asked for before we got to the window! My friend which was the driver, she asked for a large fry and she got a large box, and she opened it and it was barely hardly any fries in it! She asked the young lady was this the portion that she paid for? And the lady began to explain why it was rationed out that way! Which we didn't understand because if you ask for a large fry that doesn't mean give us a small fry! Totally crazy and ridiculous! If you want that customer service with these young women that are working in there then of course you would come here! We don't advise and I especially don't advise anyone to come to this place ever because I am not the only one that has had bad service here! The food old and my friend wasn't happy and she also said that was her third time there with the same horrible service and she really has tried to give this place a try and this was my first time coming and such a long time that I was not aware of how bad it had went down! I will not be back and I hope that corporate do see this and that the real managers and supervisors take heed and retrain their staff! It starts at the top and obviously they are unhappy working there because it's really coming through in...
Read moremight be the slowest zaxbys in GA. never fails, you will be in the drive thru line for about ten minutes before even making it to the window. 15 people JUST in front of house but doesn’t make a difference. i ordered dinner and it said it should be READY at 6:06pm. i got to the window at 6:03pm and the girl asked me what time did the app say my food should be READY? i told her 6:06. she told me that i would need to pull around because the order doesn’t come through on their end until that time. i know this isn’t true because i work at zaxbys. the order comes through as soon as you order and you should have it done by that time. i’m 3 minutes early so just be honest and say it isn’t ready. how does the order come through at 6:06 and you’ll have it ready at the same time? reluctantly, i pulled around and of course didn’t get back to the window until around 15-20 minutes later. handed me my food and drinks and told me to have a good night. had to remind them that i also ordered a milkshake. a guy had just asked me 30 seconds prior what kind of milkshake i ordered, so clearly there’s a lack of communication. this was also proven when i pulled up to the speaker and said im picking up for [my name], but when i get to the window, she’s yelling back asking if they have my order. happened BOTH times lmao. the person who takes orders should let drive thru know that so and so is here for a pickup order. my orders are usually right, but if you decide to dine at this establishment, be prepared to be in the drive thru line for minimum 20 minutes, and if you order a milkshake, you’ll need to remind them at...
Read moreI won't lie...the neighborhood is, let me put it nicely.....interesting.
Definitely wouldn't want to be there after dark. Lol
But the people watching is like interactive entertainment.
Every other establishment in the area seems really sketchy and run down. It reeks of poverty and crime.
But the zaxbys, in comparison, was impressive!
Beautiful comfortable interior, comfortable seating, neon lights, sanitizer stations and covid preventative seating, the ambiance inside is very nice.
The ladies who greeted us at the counter were prompt and friendly.
Our cashier was only on her second day working but she truly tried to answer all of my questions. When she wasn't sure, she asked another woman who came over and was very helpful and friendly!
We ordered chicken tenders, French fries, fried mushrooms and the new chicken sandwich.
The fried mushrooms were awesome! They were the best part of the meal! Crispy and well seasoned on the outside, and juicy and flavorful on the inside. The choices of dips made it fun but my favorite was the spicy zaxbys sauce and the honey mustard.
My children devoured the chicken tenders! Those chickens never had a chance! Lol
The new chicken sandwich was ok. I like it better than the Popeyes sandwich, but not as well as the Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich.
It's fried just a little too hard. But the meat was still juicy and tender. So it was good. I think next time I'll try the wings instead though.
But overall, I was more than impressed.
The stereotype is that in "the hood" you never get quality food or service.
This zaxbys killed that stereotype.
I...
