Call this location about a refund that never came back to my card like I was told because the employee lied made like she refunded me but didn’t because she mad that I wanted a refund. The reason for my refund is because I order food stood in line on the side and as I’m looking I see the employees on front line bagging up food the female employee was scratching her head and you can literally see the dandruff and proceeds to bag up my food without washing her hands and putting on gloves and thought I was gone accept that and consume that I told her what I saw and demanded a refund so they all got upset because I wanted a refund. Fast forward to October 29, 2024 I called to go let them know I never received it. So the first manager I spoke with was very nice and professional but she was having trouble because she was new not mad at her.. but another female manager snatched the phone from her with a attitude talking to me like ima child, cursing me, telling me I can’t get my refund and I told her yes you are you either give my refund or add the items back to my app and I gave her my app information to add them she goes I can’t find you in the system giving me a hard time for no reason so then a guy by the name Quincy Springs “ The Owner” he short dark skin whit a bald head …he got on the phone with a attitude as well taking up for her not knowing she disrespected me so now me and him going back and forth he was so rude and disrespectful he gave me a hard time just like she did so he pretended to give me a refund over the phone but he didn’t told me it should arrive by the 12 of November I knew he was lieing and he gave me his cell phone told me to check back basically he wanted me to be his snitch for the store after he asked me why I wanted the refund cause I told him they treaded a homeless person really bad that day and I gave the homeless person $20 and bought him food because they were very aggressive with him tryna put him out so I took up for him ..so I called corporate made a complaint then he texted me Friday asking for my cash app to send my refund because he knew the time had expired but “ He Knew” from the start smh then I replied I only have chime someone hacked my cash app so I’ve been using chime and sent him a screenshot of it also I sent “ I Have Apple Cash “ as well .. no reply.. next day come still no reply so I replied again Are you going to give me my refund or what? Read moreI went there tonight my receipt time says 9:14pm. I ordered a #1 combo with and extra sandwich and a hic along with a Cobb salad. I get to the window to get my order and the cashier whose name was Alexius and I quote says to me “ um what’s the name for your order” when I pull up to the window, first of all that’s not how you greet a customer it should be May I have the name for your order please or basically she should know my name when I pull up to the window, she reaches me both bags then my drinks, never even looks out the window really, does not say thank you have a nice day or goodbye literally. I think she should never work the window again because her customer service an attitude was so bad and she was so busy haveing a conversation with another employee about some boy that that’s probably why my fries are missing I’ve been inconvenienced by this restaurant three times within the last three weeks and I really do think that someone needs to look at the management here especially during the evening hours after 6 PM . I drive all the way home there are no fries in my bag, last week Saturday i went there if I’m not mistaken my order was over $35 got home was missing and entire sandwich, went there 3 weeks ago and was told to pull up to the aVip drive thru for waiting and sat for over 30 minutes waiting it was so bad they refunded my entire order. I said all of this to say that if someone is already going there and spending their money on the product it’s a big inconvenience of the customer to have to spend extra gas money to drive all the way back to the restaurant for the restaurants mistake and then when you get there they don’t even do anything but replace the food that’s missing they don’t offer anything extra for the inconvenience. Read moreI made 2 visits to this location within 3 days. Service was poor the 1st time, Thursday Aug 23, so I thought I'd give them an opportunity to redeem themselves. No such luck. The 2nd visit, Saturday Aug 25, was far worst. I arrived to the drive through at exactly 6:48 pm. When I reached the order station, I had 2 repeat my order numerous times. There was something malfunctioning with the system, obviously. When I arrive at the window to pick up my order, not only had it taken me almost 30 minutes to get to the window, the young lady asked me what I ordered? Still trying to maintain my patience, my order was not ready and I was asked to pull up to "VIP" # 2. The time is now 7:35. Ten minutes pass, I decided to get out and go in. I'm approached by a Mr. Howard with my frosted coffee without the whipped cream, as I ordered. And, he didn't have the other beverage. This totally unacceptable to me. I left my vehicle yet again to check on the shake. Mr. Howard mentioned he hoped I didn't have exit my car a second time. He apologized for the experience and that if I had came again...I was in no mood for apologies now, and I said I wouldn't be back at all. I realize I'm ranting, however, this chik fi la location leaves a lot to be desired! No one more than me would love to see my people win, especially knowing our struggle.
