McDonald's — Restaurant in Attalla

So I'm not usually the one to complain or say anything, but I understand how fast food is. I leave work headed home tired, exhausted, starving, etc haven't ate all day. I stop by this McDonald's to get me a bite to eat and my favorite caramel frappe before I even finish ordering the first thing the lady says "I can't make a caramel frappe I clean the machines on Saturday" very rudely so I keep ordering she keeps saying "is that all is that all" so I very calmly kept my cool to not flip out, when I get home my fries are dumped out the bag all 4 McDoubles smashed one of them only had a patty with ketchup in a wrapper! Just saying all jobs are stressful especially dealing with the public and fast food there was no need in disrespect or being ridiculously rude just because your going through chapters in life or just hate life in general! please respect others no matter what your going through whether your an employee or a customer!!! With that being said I'll never be back to this restaurant or any restaurant where someone doesn't know how to respect or do there job correctly. Have...

I just want to thank everyone McDonald's in Attalla across from Wal-Mart for an experience ive Never had at any other McDonald's. Today i ordered a 20 piece Chicken nuggets that were actually crispy (not rubbery) 2 lg fries hot and salted to perfection. 4 other burgers perfectly made the way i asked. The lady at the drive threw was super nice and made sure i had everthing i needed before pulling off. I thanked her, She didnt say you're Welcome, She said *It was my pleasure!!! I was astounded!!! Never have i been to any McDonald's and had such an amazing experience. Im truly the happiest customer of the day!!! Thank you young lady for being so wonderful and thank your cook for the love he put into making our lunch Special. You guys Rock!!!! Im Lovin it...

For some reason, they weren't serving the outside lane of the drive thru at 5 pm on a Saturday. If there were any signs, they weren't visible enough for me to see it wgen i pulled in and no cones or tape to block the lane. After a few cars got their order taken in the close lane, I wondered if something was up. Eventually, I thought I heard a voice say they weren't serving my lane, but when I asked for verification, I was met with silence. I found it so irritating I left to find a burger King out of spite. Listen, maybe I missed a sign somewhere? But after a few hours of driving I feel like if the lane was closed it should be obvious, like the menu sign is off and cones or tape block the path. And how long did they watch me on camera before they said anything? Or did they ever say anything? Because there was no response to my question. It may have been my imagination.
