Worst experience I have ever had with any franchise! if could give them a negative score, then I would!
I was at the drive through, which was my first mistake because I was in line for 25 minutes. Then another vehicle drove up past me and was served before me. When the employee came on, she did not offer a reason for the delay, and neither the manager nor an employee offered an apology for the wait. When I drove home, which is about 10 minutes away, the meal was cold. I went out of my way to go here because of my grandchild.
I called and spoke briefly with the manager, Chris, regarding my experience. I was cut short by a very arrogant manger. Chris said to me, “There is a sign on the front door. We only have 3 employees and we supposed to have 10.” Why can’t you keep employees? If they don’t show up McDonalds code they abandoned their job. And I used the drive through, why should that matter to me? I tried to get a word in, but Chris interrupted me saying, “We don’t serve rude customers like you, what are we 5?” So I told him that I would tell corporate about his rude behavior, and he said to me over the phone, “Go ahead, try it. We don’t care, we are independently owned and operated corporate can’t do anything. Knock yourself out.”
I thought McDonald’s cared about service, family, respect and edible food. Apparently not! I’ll never go here again or any Mc Donald’s. Mooyah is the best the 25 cent...
Read moreWe waited in line for about 30mins late at night after I got off work. I worked a 15hr shift and was just trying to eat something and my food was ice cold. I couldn’t go inside so I had to walk up to the drive thru and ask for it to be remade and I’d wait in the reserved spot for car side service. Waited over 20mins before I walked back up to the window. No one came out to speak with us, nothing. I have the cold food back and they began to demand my receipt. I gave you the food why do you need my receipt? I’d like it remade and hot food please. I was disrespected, and told it’s “McDonalds” so that’s like me, sending out a wrong order, cold, with a delivery driver to someone waiting a long time for their food to receive cold food they probably had to get for convenience or to not even have to cook because of their busy life style. I work hard for my money and I’m sorry but u don’t spend close to $20 on food for it to be made wrong or to be ice cold and just given a ((shrug)) “it is what it is, spiel. I mean I’m just an assistant manager, and the MANAGER said “it’s just McDonalds!?” Yes, sir. You’re right, it is just McDonalds and you work there. Sit down. You have a good one! I went to this establishment yesterday and I was meeting two elderly people so I thought I would surprise them with their favorite - a chocolate and vanilla shake respectively - and I asked them via drive thru for a hard top not the open ones and she said do you want whipped cream and i replied no and when I got to the window to pay she told me if you order it without whipped cream you will get the solid top so I said oh that's good to know. I proceeded to the window to pick up the order only to find that both shakes had whipped cream with the open-top. Getting it to the seniors without any drama was difficult enough but the seniors trying to deal with it was a whole different matter . Arthritic but determined, Murray gripped it too tight and his precious shake came up over the top and onto onto his clothes and my seats .. both of them did this almost in unison ..
