I had to write a review as I received the best customer service yesterday. I placed an order online and got caught in traffic. The manager called my husband to make sure everything was alright and that I didn’t go to the wrong location. Talk about customer service!! Me and my son walked in and I joked I felt like I was walking into cheers- 3 workers said my name so they could get my order ready. That’s right- they waited until I got there once my husband explained I was running late to make sure my food was hot!! I wish I got everyone’s names. I bought the new chicken sandwich. 4.99 7/12/21. 5.34 take out tax included. I filled out the survey on the receipt. Note the time is followed by am or pm on survey. Also add the letter and numbers for survey code. So today 7/13/21 I got an original and a free spicy chicken sandwich. All were hot and juicy. Also very well wrapped. Quick polite safe service. Our family went to KFC an hour and 15 minutes before closing. As we approached the drive-through to place our order, the employee asked what we wanted to order. We wanted to order a bucket of chicken, but dark meat only. He said they didn't have any dark meat available, and he would go check. Upon returning, he informed us there were only 4 pieces of dark meat and they were done dropping chicken for the night.
