I was really excited to try a new Mexican restaurant in Atwater. When we walked in, the place was clean with a simple, straightforward setup. booths lined both sides of the walls, with tables spread throughout the center. We were greeted right away and allowed to pick any booth we liked. At the time, we were the only customers in the restaurant.

Our server was quick to bring chips and salsa and take our drink orders. I had a Modelo Michelada, my wife had water, and my daughter ordered a lemonade. We also got a flight of margaritas to try. The presentation on the michelada and margarita flight was excellent, and the taste didn’t disappoint either.

For food, I ordered a wet carne asada burrito, my wife had the sopes, and my daughter got the mojara. The burrito was decent—what you’d expect at a typical Mexican restaurant. The sopes and mojara were also just okay. Nothing bad, but nothing memorable either.

Overall: • Service: Excellent • Drink Presentation & Taste: A+ • Food: Average • Ambiance vs. Price: While the service and presentation are top-tier, the food and basic atmosphere don’t quite justify the higher price point. It feels a little mismatched.

If you’re looking for a place with great service and Instagram-worthy drinks, this spot delivers. But if your focus is on rich, authentic Mexican flavors in a matching setting, it might fall...

I've only experienced a handful of restaurants with Michoacan style cooking. Where there's just so much flavor rather than just spice. There's a place called Lindo Michoacan in Vegas that's amazing and this place doesn't quite measure up but it definitely hits the mark for amazing Mexican food! I had the chicken enchiladas Suizas, and chicken flautas. My guest had the chicken Moladas (chicken enchiladas w/mole sauce). The enchiladas are ALWAYS on point, from the sauce, chicken, cheese, and cream, mixed with some real flavorful rice and beans, mmmmmmmm just HITS the spot. I would've ordered the Quesabirria but coming in at $5 Al a carte, I'm good with the regular menu LOL

The Moladas were great as well and the flautas were a perfect crisp. No idea how they know EXACTLY when to flip em and serve em, but experience is what's needed for good food, and this place has it. One thing I love that has been changed since my last visit a few weeks ago is that now there's soft drinks! NO MORE CANNED DRINKS!! Cause of this, I'll definitely be going back. Keep up the...

Ordered through DoorDash and when my order arrived it was missing 2 Tacos and the Tacos I received were incorrect. I called the store and told them what happened they told me to wait 15mins and they would get the order. Well they meant for me for me to go pick it up. The whole reason for DoorDash was to not leave the house. I waited and hour and called them back, well my missing order is ready, but not being delivered to me and when I told them I’m unable to leave the house and to just refund that part of my order they told me to just call DoorDash again (in very broken English this whole time) I explained to them I did not want to pay all the DoorDash fees for them to go and get the missing part of my order. It wasn’t DoorDash’s fault they screwed up my order and they won’t refund me. The food wasn’t very good either. Will NEVER order there again AND will tell all my friends to...

Real good food, great service. They have $1 taco Tuesdays and the tacos are fat. The micheladas come with grilled jumbo shrimp not just that regular baby cold shrimp your usto. One of my favorite things about this place is that they dont warm tortillas in microwave like everyone else, chips are fresh not stale and your plate comes with 2 complementary quesadillas. I always walk out of that place stuffed. GREAT PRICES TOO, ILL ALWAYS GO BACK!
