It was terrible we were in the drive thru and they said no cards. Cash only but if you go to the drive in stalls you can order from there ok so we pulled in pressed the button and waited 10 mins then ordered two rt 44.slushes one strawberry mango and one strawberry pineapple and paid for it with our cc 15 mins go by all the cars that were ahead of us were long gone so finally I push the button They didn't even know we had placed an order their were no drinks coming we could have stayed there all night and never got a drink so then the lady says I'll have them right out she apologized and in 5 mins here come two drinks I asked which one is which and he replied I don't know so I gave them back and asked him to figure it out and let me know so he comes beck after we've told him the lady who answered and took the original and three times to the last lady I talked to all while being super nice and not being rude at all and then the guy came back and said this ons strawberry and this one's pineapple and once again we had to explain the flavors we wanted then after ten more mins he finally got it right...really I've been eating at sonic since 1985 and this is the worst most incompetent...

Finally at 2:20 I pressed the red button to find out where our order was. The girl answered and said she'd be right with me. 5 minutes later she finally came back and said we could order when ready. I told her we had placed an order through the app for an exact pickup time and it is now almost 30 minutes past. She was like oh yeah it's ready it'll be right out. Finally got our order and talk about disappointment in our order. The groovy fries were not crisp and it was like they were shoved down in the cup, the chicken tenders looked like they came from a cornish game hen, the straws were not for the route 44 we had ordered and they did not have the extra ice we had requested. There was a car in a stall when we pulled in and they finally just left, tired of waiting. This isn't the first time there has been screwups or ridiculous wait times. I EVEN corrected my order BEFORE I left the speaker at drive through, and she sounded irritated cause he had to change the order. She asked â Well you said Coneyâ. She still asked one more question as if that wasnât enoughâŠI get to window give her my card, she then hesitated a second, just to I.D me to use my BANK card!? Iâve been here a dozen times and they never done thatâŠthe cherry on top âŠ.âyou have another card, I swiped it 6 timesâ I asked if they have a manual way to enter numbers, she said no.
