Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Atwater

I went online to order an ice cream cake and it stated they need 24 hour notice to make a cake so 2 days prior to the event I went to order the cake and was told that they need 3 days notice! When I told them what the Baskin Robbins website said they said it was incorrect! They really need to have what is posted online to match reality! A few months ago I made an order here online then they called me to tell me they were closed and could not complete my order when I asked about reimbursement for the ice cream that I already paid for I was told I have to dispute that online where the order was placed! Mind you they called me but were closed?!?!? What a joke! I Wish I could give...

Online the closing time said 10 pm. When I showed up at 8:55 pm, the door was unlocked. We started to walk in and were immediately told they were closed. I said, "Its not 9 pm yet." The worker said, "No one has been her the last 15 minutes and we've shut it all down." The online hours need to be changed. Also, if the business hours say a specific time, that should be honored!!! All we wanted was a prepackaged ice cream.

probably one of the cleanest/best baskin-robbins locations I’ve been to. I’ll admit that other location is not that great due to space, out of stock, and some dirtiness on the floor, but this Atwater location is so clean and they have my favorite ice cream in stock. It’s well organized and pretty fast with making my milkshake which I highly appreciated. I just happen to be in Atwater for quick errands, so I thought why not getting milkshake from this place and...
