Ordered a pizza with Extra Cheese and a 2 Liter drink. Pizza barely had any cheese on it and drink wasn’t delivered with Pizza. Driver said he would be back….at 9:30 I called and was told they were slammed and only had 2 driver but that the driver had left with my drink. At 10:30 I gave up and decided to go to the store the next day to see Manager and pass on my experience. After much discussion behind doors and with a picture they took of my pizza to say there was clearly cheese on top of the ingredients…..I informed them that I was once a Manager with Domino’s in the early 80’s and that what I ordered is not what I received….that I was disappointed and expected better of them. Ask for the Manager’s name and phone number and also asked for the Franchisee’s name and number (they couldn’t find the info to Franchisee). I had to point out to them that it was on the door glass!
Anyway, I never did receive the 2 liter drink even when I came in the pass along my complaint and after spending $32 for a pizza with the Aubrey store location…..I probably won’t make that mistake again! Hate to say it, but I am truly disappointed with the service, food quality, and customer service provided by the management team that was there! Read moreI tried to place an order through the app so that I could take advantage of the $7.99 medium 1 topping pizza. It stated that the location was closed so instead of getting delivery like I originally planned I decided to drive to the store.
When I arrived I asked if I could get this deal and was told that the only thing they had was $9.99 for the same thing. I saw a lady walk to the front who had a different color shirt on and inquired why I couldn’t get the deal when it showed it online. She became very defensive and rolled her eyes multiple times and even stated “I’m not gonna argue with you” even though I was being very polite and not confrontational at all. I was simply stating that I should not be penalized because the app wasn’t working and stated that they were closed. I would 10/10 not recommend this place based on service alone. Read moreWe were pretty excited to get a Domino's so much closer to us, but the lack of quality in the food and staff leaves a lot to be desired. We've ordered from there 5 or 6 times now, and while none these times have been anything noteworthy, this last time may very well have been the last time. Every time I set an order for delayed pick up, they can never find it and it looks and tastes as if it were made way ahead of time. I assume they can never find it because they don't label the boxes as they should - really irritating. This last order though, was pretty bad. Hardly any thing other than cheese on all 3 two topping pizzas, one of which barely even had the cheese on it. I highly suggest they both manage and better train their staff, or this location may not last. Although fighting the traffic down 380 from aubrey isn't ideal, at least the food is MUCH...
