I came for lunch on a weekday afternoon. The small restaurant was crowded, but I was seated right away. I ordered the Tteok Mandu Guk - soup with rice cakes, mandu, thin sliced beef and green vegetables in a flavorful broth, with banchan and a side of rice. It was wonderful. The beef was thinly sliced and tender, the mandu were large and full of filling. The banchan was fish cake in sesame oil, seasoned bean sprouts, and, of course, kimchi. Just delicious. Read moreThe food, service and atmosphere went beyond my expectation and I look forward to eating here again. I had bibimbap and kimbap and both were scrumptious. The sealwort tea was a first for me and I look forward to another steaming mug in the near future.
The service is at once friendly, helpful and caring; I felt welcomed and looked after.
