If I could give yāall no stars I would. My boyfriend are from out of town and we decided to go to this subway. Upon walking in we were met with a 47 year old balding male who sighed and rolled his eyes. He didnāt even say hello. So my boyfriend and I greet the man and say hello. He mumbles hello, and stares at us blankly. My boyfriend then ordered his food and the man asks him if heād like his sub toasted. My boyfriend says yes and the man again sighs obnoxiously. Iām all for someone having a bad day but this man has no home training or sense of decorum. I then order my sub which is a meatball marinara. Not only was I charged for the wrong sub which was more expensive, IT WASNT EVEN TOASTED! Which he asked me if I wanted it to be. I had lukewarm meatballs on a soggy piece of bread and BRICKS of unmelted cheese on my sandwich which made it impossible to eat. I wish the horror ended there but I then opened my sub and forgot I wanted pickles. I wait at the counter while the man is in the back doing dishes. He comes up and I ask for the pickles AND HE KEEPS THE SAME NASTY GLOVE ON! Covered in sauce and whatever else from the dishes in the back. He shoves his hand in the pickles and hands me a side. I reached the store at 8.44pm only to find out that the store door locked from inside. I could see the staff inside from the glass door, they were cleaning & wrapping up for the day. Upon noticing me one of the staff memebr came up to the door & told me that they are closed for the day ! I showed him order confirmation email & pickup time. She said that Subway would refund me. I tried to find the Subway customer servixe for complaint/ refund but there is no phone number for this. All they have is a page where u cn drop ur email address & describe the incident & submit it. They do not have a customer service to talk over phone to for quick resolutions of auch matter ! such a shame ! Im giving 3 stars because the store is clean and staff is polite.
three months later, I ordered pick up at this location & another bad experience.....order status on the app says the order is ready for pickup but when I arrive here the guy is starting to work on my order right now. Also there is only 1 guy...so looks like ansevere short staff situation to me. will avoid ordering from this location as much...

If/when you're out of something, I totally understand. However, YOU must communicate that information. You can't simply substitute an item without asking questions; food substitutions could kill, "literally!"
I ordered Dr. Pepper to drink, they were out of that. They communicated that and alternatives were provided. I got Cherry Pepsi.
I ordered chocolate chip cookies with my meal, and was provided double chocolate chip with macadamia nuts instead. I'm deathly allergic to tree nuts. However, the less than intelligent staff member was too busy trying to close up early (at 9:20 PM) when the shop doesn't close till 10 PM.
This person needs to do better. This person needs to be consistent in their efforts. This person needs to be reprimanded by management/ ownership.
