So today is the first day I decided to come back to Starbucks and I'm really really long time. And I ordered a Americano asked for it to have a splash of coconut milk instead of water, which is by the way something I order all the time and I never have an issue. The crew made my drink wrong and honestly that happened sometimes no big deal. I went back into the store and I asked for them to make it correctly. I was greeted with snide remarks side eyes from the manager himself, which I didn't know was at the manager at the time, and then my new drink that was given to me was an ice cold shot of espresso with coconut milk mix. That is really disappointing. Then I called up to the store to let them know about my experience, I asked to speak with a manager name was Andy. And he was completely sarcastic with me the entire time I was talking to him and I was honestly just trying to give him feedback on my experience. He treated me like I was some unhinged, Karen and I really am not just a person who wanted their coffee this morning and was trying to let him know how I wanted my coffee to be made. I honestly did not think that my request was completely out of the ordinary and shot of espresso with coconut milk instead of water. And I even told them I'm sorry maybe the way that I ordered it was not right maybe I should have asked for an Americano, but then I told them what I did want and they repeatedly kept telling me what you want is a latte but that isn't what I wanted. I just wanted one shot but a tiny bit of coconut milk. at the end of the day, it's not a big deal but energy thrown at me first thing...
Read moreTerrible experience. I’m not one to give one star to places I’ve been to, I understand that things can be overwhelming for the workers and cause mishaps to happen, but the service I got was unacceptable.
I ordered a venti iced Chai Tea latte with no ice. It’s a simple order, but apparently adding the usual six pumps of chai, PLUS TWO more pumps, was too difficult for the barista to actually do. First drink they sent out, it looked like milk. Tasting it, it tasted like milk. So, it was sent back. The woman giving out the drinks asked, “you wanted two pumps, right?” In response, I say, “two additional pumps of chai to the usual six that’s put in there.” Can’t send back the drinks because we drank out of them (mind you, it was me and my mom getting two beverages), so we’re stuck with two large cups of milk.
They go to make us another two. What could go wrong, right? It was clarified how many pumps we wanted…
No.
Again, we’re given two completely milky wannabe chai tea lattes.
So in the end, we left completely disappointed and annoyed. Neither of us wanted to go through a whole debacle of holding someone’s hand in putting eight pumps of chai in to two drinks. Moral of the story, don’t go here if you want to keep...
Read moreJust went in at 9 a.m. and had a mobile order. The lady working the mobile section ignored me. Didn't greet or ask if I had a mobile order. Kept me waiting and helped the people before me. I was okay with this. But, when she finished she still ignored me. Several minutes later, she greeted and asked for order information from 2 new customers that walked in after me. When I got upset she said I was suppose to tell her why I was waiting and that she wasn't suppose to ask. Yet, she did ask the two new customers and claimed she didn't know if I had ordered or not. Basically, blaming me for her rude, incompetent behavior. I have been going to this location for years and only had an issue with this one lady. Generally, I have had good experiences at this location. On another occasion this lady gave me grief but I gave her the benefit of the doubt ( having a bad day, or busy morning). But this time I felt the need to complain. I did make a customer complaint and the company apologized for my negative experience. They offered a refund which wasn't my goal. I simply wanted to inform Starbucks of their employee...
