So I’ve come here a handful of times with no issues. I placed an online order and pickup said it would be ready by 8:10. I arrive at 8:06 and walk up to the counter. One of the employees greets me with “you need something” to which I was respond “yes, I’m here for an line pickup” and she responds with “oh it’s gonna be a minute” and walks away; Mind you, the tone of voice and delivery was not pleasant and rather rude. They close at 9 so I’m not ordering at the last minute. I work in the service industry and know it can be frustrating. Read moreI generally place an online order to this location since it's right down the road from my job. Only once out of 4 times have they gotten my order absolutely accurate. Once I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub, got everything except the chicken. It was replaced with turkey or ham or something - I can't remember.
