Quickly Boba Cafe - Auburn Hills — Restaurant in Auburn Hills

Unfortunately, I have to report that my first visit here wasn't great. The woman at the register was very bored acting and not friendly. This was my first time three so I had like 3 menu questions and she seemed put out to answer them. That first impression didn't sit well with me. I ordered a Brown Sugar Boba drink. The drink was over the top sweet, it needed to be cut with more tea. And the Bobo pearls were VERY mushy. So I was not impressed at all. For this to be a Boba Cafe, I expect them to perfect the Boba drinks.

I ordered a popcorn chicken (I forgot to take a photo). I was not impressed with that either. The chicken tasted a little old, and there was no special seasoning or anything. And when I asked if they had sauces, I was told I could use what was on the counter. I eat ketchup, Sriracha, Etc. I've never come across popcorn chicken did not come with a dipping sauce. Disappointing. To try this location was a 20 minute drive for me, so I will not be doing it again anytime soon. If I'm in the area, I might give their Troy location to try and see if...

Great food! All the food is fresh and delicious. Apparently we’re not aloud to go to the bathroom cause there’s “no bathroom key”, they shut down a perfectly working couch, kept it in the store with a sign that says out of order, we sat on it and an employee with a bun yelled at us. They completely took away the previous games they had that would be a fun hang out with friends leaving the atmosphere boring and unwelcome. Continuing with that the service was very unwelcome. There is some very kind people but there seems to be the one specifically with the bun who has given me and other folks I know horrible treatment. This includes underfilling drinks when we accidentally sat on the “out of order” couch, or even when we just asked to use the bathroom. She had given us rude words as well. Also one time when it was 20 minutes before closing, we already had our food she went up to us and said “we’re closing”, I apologized and left, but all of this is so unsatisfying for a company I had a lot of...

I’ve been here multiple times and the food and tea is always really good, however, today when I came we ordered 2 orders of popcorn chicken along with other things and the total came up to about $50. When we received them, they were really chewy and not crispy, they didn’t seem to be all the way cooked like they usually are and when I went to the counter to request new orders of chicken the girl told me no. My boyfriend went back up and requested it as well making sure to tell the worker that we didn’t think it was all the way cooked and that the chicken is never like this. The worker told him no again and blamed it on being darker meat chicken even though we have been here many times. We had only eaten one piece out of each bag and no solution was offered.
