WOW! what a great place....been coming here for a year, the wife and I are now members of the little sipper club....we love trying new michigan wines and this is definitely the place to do that since we can't always make it to Traverse or around the state....
They only serve wine and water, they have small snacks like soft pretzels, nuts, cheese, meats like a charcuterie board, and some chocolate truffles and such so its not a dinner place. But they have a really good revolving wine selection.
Service can get a little slow at peak times only because they have to pour so many wines per person but I have never had an issue, and seating has never been a problem...
Guys if you want to win some brownie points and your better half likes wine you have to try this place and bring her you wont be disappointed!!
I recommend trying it before 6pm if you're more cost conscious because a flight is $12 before 6pm and $17 after on fridays and saturdays (can't remember during the week) HOWEVER the $17 price does get you a $5 credit towards a bottle purchase where the $12...
Read moreI just hosted a private event at MTB Auburn Hills and it was an amazing experience! It was a surprise 60th birthday party for my mom, and went off without a hitch due to the amazing staff! Kelly was super helpful leading up to the event and answered all of my many questions very promptly. The ladies working behind the bar during the event went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. They helped us coordinate the big surprise moment, provided excellent service to all of our guests throughout the night, and were a huge help with clean up. The wine selection was amazing as well. We could not have asked for better service and a better location for this party! It was so special - and not to mention, super affordable! If you are thinking of hosting a private event at MTB, I highly recommend that you do! You won't be...

They have a a wide range of reds and white to try from local Michigan wineries, as well as a few ciders and a sparkling wine. What I liked the best was that the five wine tasting option was more than just a taste. You get five, 2oz (or slightly more) pours, plus a cheese and chocolate sampling. The only potential downside is that their menu prices increase after 6pm on Friday and Saturday nights. So my advice would be to visit on a Thursday night or Friday afternoon. Overall, I loved the place and will...
