My fiancee stopped in this morning to get breakfast before work. Nobody answered the drive-thru so she called me to check if they were open. I called the store to see if they were open. Worker said in a rude tone that they opened at 8 (it was 8:05). I hung up and called my fiancee back, asking if she had been helped yet, and she said no. I called the store back, and before I could even say anything, the worker said in a rude tone "come on now." I told her my fiancee was at the drive thru screen since 8:02 and nobody answered her. Worker apologized in a rude tone and I hung up. Called my fiancee back and heard the worker answer, but we were so fed up with the behavior that she just left. We go to this location for lunches a few times a week and they are frequently rude, and the one time we went inside to eat, the cashier tried to have us use the kiosk to order because she was too busy talking to a friend who did not purchase anything, and when we were eating, another worker was loudly complaining and swearing from the lobby to a coworker in the kitchen, shouting across the whole store. The meat at this store is also way more wet and soupy than any other Taco Bell we have been to. There is also always food on our boxes and wrappers that were not part of what we ordered, as well as a large drip of sauce in our food that doesn't go on that item. We will not be back to this location. Do not go here unless you like rude and slow service, dirty stores, and random food and sauces all over your stuff. How involved are you with the day to day operations of your sites. The customer service at this location is so awful. The food is nasty, old, and will cause food poisoning. My Mother had to get an immediate refund. She tried one and couldn’t even chew it! FYI she stopped at the location because her blood pressure was low and needed to eat something quickly. When she received her food she stated, it’s burnt and asked them to remake it. Every single employee including the manger was so disrespectful it’s disgusting they even work around food. Panama even yelled, “It’s not burnt!” She start led to argue and my Mom told her just give me back my money and stop talking to me. First, it is burnt. Read moreThis location is right by our house. We work late (service industry) and don't get off work until late at night. We live five minutes from this store. That being said, the last several times we have visited this location, going into the lobby to correct our order has not been an option. We ordered on several occasions (and paid for) Naco Bell Grande with extra cheese & received a Nacho Supreme. Neither time was the wrong Nacho the recipient of our extra cheese (that we paid for). Secondly, last night our order, upon receiving, was cold. The bean burritos tastes extremely oniony (like fresh, onion. Very strong.) and the Quesalupa was cold enough that the cheese in the shell layer was not melted. It was not busy last night at the time we visited (one car in front of us at 11:45pm) and the employees were standing at the window, talking. It took us nearly ten minutes to receive our cold food. These are the reasons why we have been going to different locations, further away.
