Burger King — Restaurant in Auburn Hills

I stopped in the other day cuz I only get a quick break from my job. A lady on the intercom took my order in the Drive-Thru. She was very unprofessional and unmotivated sounded like she had no passion whatsoever like Burger King was the last place she wanted to work at. My opinion is if someone doesn't like their job than they need to find somewhere else to be but don't take it out on other people because you have a poor attitude. Anyway, I ordered some food and decided to try the new Fanta Slurpee that they had there called the mystery Fanta I think or what the Fanta.. all I'll say is when I got the cup from the person at the drive-thru there was no syrup in it it looked like it was just dry ice with flavoring in it. And it tasted like cough syrup! I will not come to this restaurant again. The only thing that saved this from being less Stars was the person at the drive-thru that worked with her was polite and told me to be safe before I left. I understand there's a pandemic going on. I understand people are going through things. But I can't stress this enough, if you do not like the job that you're doing, there are other jobs that will hire you. Don't make others lives miserable because...

Ordered a fish filet and it was so microwaved and left to get cold and you could not chew it. It was not edible. Because of the virus there was no way to take it back thru a line of cars so I left. There is no way that the person who made it either didn't care or needs some supervision on how to prepare a fish filet. Not acceptable. Garbage food. I know they need help but get people who have common sense when it comes to food. I thought for giggles I'd try the BK at South Blvd and Opdyke Roads . I ordered a impossible whopper, a four piece cheddar sticks, and some ranch for the sticks. Well I got the impossible whopper (I think) and unwanted fries, No cheddar sticks, No ranch dressing. I did get 4 cheesy things I did not order. CLOSE BUT NO CIGAR. I speak very good english and I speak clearly when I order. They just can't do it. One time there I waited for over a half hour getting an order. One car in front of me and a bunch of unhappy people behind I understand that 40% of customers choose another place after reading the truth about bad service. NO...

About 100 years ago(ok, maybe not THAT long ago), I used to work at Burger King 🍔 👑. I've always had an extremely demanding work ethic, not JUST of myself, but of others. So, this remark is not just aimed at this particular Burger King, but at most fast food places, in general. People who work at fast food restaurants have got to start caring about their jobs AND more importantly, caring about their customers. Stop being lazy. Do the job you're being paid to do. If you don't like it, go somewhere else. If you're having a bad day, suck it up. Do not take it out on your fellow employees and especially do not take it out on your customers. I LUV Burger King. I just adore the Whopper!! But I'm sick and tired of the attitude I get from most of the employees and I'm really tired of getting the wrong order, especially if all I asked for was a sandwich, fries and a pop.
