Dippin Donuts — Restaurant in Auburn

Best steak breakfast sandwich. My son has a tiramisu flavored coffee. Blew my mind. It has bits of tiramisu. Not just a spritz of flavor. My Vanilla Chai Latte was on point. This seems like a home grown mom and pop type shop. There is a Dunkin Donuts a block away. If all someone is looking for is mediocre coffee and standard chain food products then stick to Dunkin Donuts. But if you look a good coffee, support your local talent, a fantastic sandwich or donuts, this is the place. I swear the donuts were like 30% bigger than the other place.

True story: while eating a young employee showed up for work. She was all ready to go, had her brand Tshirt, name tag, hat, employee pins, lanyard. .. she went right into the back and was ready to work. The only thing was she was a Dunkin Donuts Employee and was at the wrong location. Absolutely made my day. Morning can be tough if you haven't had your coffee yet. Maybe she meant to fuel up before going to work at the other place.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. Went through the drive through yesterday morning then shortly after got a call from my bank thinking there was a fraud on my account. Come to find out dippins charged my account almost $400. (They didn’t give me a receipt so I couldnt dispute it with my bank) I called them immediately and there wasn’t a manager on duty who could deal with it and they couldn’t help me until tomorrow. (Today) I called them first thing In The morning and they told me I had to be there before 12 because that’s when the manager was leaving. (Mind you I don’t live close) I’m my opinion being In customer service and working in food and beverage for many years you figured they would have refunded the whole amount they charged me. NO I get a “what did you order so I can do the math to refund you the correct amount, it should be in your account on Monday because todays Saturday” it’s not like it was $20 it was $400! Needless to say we will not be back and to be completely honest our coffee tasted burnt and the donuts were awful and...

When it comes to donuts Duncan has nothing on dipping! They are large they are fresh and they come in so many varieties... I absolutely love the manager special with the chocolate dip and cream filling as well as the coconut cream vanilla and chocolate cream donuts. This is a small but mighty chain and central Massachusetts and absolutely the best place you can go to get an amazing New England style donut. Staff is friendly and their iced coffee...
