There's so much wrong with this place, I don't even know where to start, first off, it's FREEZING in there, I saw people in the back cooking/prepping in winter coats, that can't be too sanitary, when I said something to the manager, they replied that the heat has been broken for THREE YEARS now, and the owners won't fix it. Second, they have some sort of weird limited menu, items that are available at the Park Ave. location, they have never heard of here. They have never heard of a Chili Cheese burrito here. Also, they have no idea how to ring food, it took the kid taking my order a good few minutes and she even asked several people how to ring a chicken burrito, nobody knew, finally the drive-thru girl came over and helped her. Third, the place is filthy, you stick the the floor, you can feel the grime as the floor mats slide against the tile, the soda fountain always has at least one broken nozzle, that shoots soda everywhere, and nobody wipes down the areas, so it's just a sticky mess. Fourth, the girl from the drive thru kept running to the front register and ringing peoples food, then running to the drive-thru getting the customers card, and running back to swipe it in the front. "The card reader is broken, on the drive-thru register, and the owners won't fix that either" the girl said. Next, THEY DON'T TAKE GIFT CARDS. They refuse to take them because they are a franchise and the cards don't work. Despite the fact that it says Taco Bell on the Gift Card, and Taco bell on the building. They claim they don't take them because they are a franchise, yeah... so are literally ALL of the Dunkin's, they take gift cards. I've lost count, but anyway ... let's keep this rolling. Next on the list, 2 shredded chicken burritos and 2 crunchy taco's took 40 minutes, this was on a Tuesday, it wasn't that busy. They somehow either gave my order to someone else, or just plain lost it, after about 20 minutes I said something to the girl that was running around, and she looked baffled, I had my slip, I showed her, and she didn't really say much other than they'd remake it. Finally, after a total of 40 minutes, I had my food. The only reason I gave this review 1 star (other than because it doesn't go any lower) is because at least, after all that my food was correct, and it was hot and fresh. The girl was very apologetic, and she looked like she was about to cry from being overwhelmed. She was running like crazy and doing the best that she could. I slipped her a business card, and told her we were hiring and to call us for an interview, she did. We hired her this morning. Sorry, Taco Bell, I just made your lines even slower. (seriously though, just bulldoze this store...
Read moreTried it out since it looked fairly empty so we thought it would be quick
We were told to park after going through the drive thru and they would bring the food out. 20 mins past so we went inside and the lady who told us to pull over first said she wasn’t even working drive thru but thankfully someone else remembered us but it turned out they gave our order to someone else so we would’ve been waiting in the car forever lol
So we waited for them to make it again and other people were getting upset inside as well because it was taking long and orders were all messed up. After another 20 mins we finally got our order (which was only the flatbread and quesadilla)
The picture is supposed to be a chicken quesadilla which look kinda sketchy but I was super hungry so I ate it
They get 2 stars because they actually filled the food up and I didn’t get a half filled tortilla like other places and they also gave us a free taco paper so that was really nice but it just sucked that we had to wait so long and maybe we wouldn’t have even got our order if that other guy didn’t remember us. Also there was some sketchy hygiene things (using the same gloves for food, cleaning, register and using their phones) but I feel like there’s always a risk...

Lately I'll get ice, but they constantly mess up my food order. My husband and I are vegetarians and Taco Bell is one of the ONLY fast food restaurants that has a great veggie-friendly menu. However, yesterday was the last straw. My husband and I were so excited to eat our Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito and Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme, only to fill our mouths with beef.
The staff seemed friendly and repeated our order to us to confirm we got these specific items which DON'T have meat... only to lull us into a false sense of security. I'm tired of spending money on food I literally cannot consume.
I used to work in food service, I understand the pain of being overwhelmed with orders and making a mistake. However, this restaurant was COMPLETELY empty and we were the ONLY people in the drive through. They had plenty of time to make our order correctly if they really cared.
Not sure who is running this place, but they obviously aren't careful about managing...
