Burger King — Restaurant in Auburn

Alright, it's time for me to get on my soapbox....enough is enough. I came to this BK location and ordered one of their new French Toast Sandwiches. I specifically told them I wanted sausage and bacon with NO CHEESE. When I got home I noticed melted cheese on my sandwich. Needless to say, I was miffed. How could they mess that up? I was the only customer inside the restaurant, and it wasn't crazy outside the pickup window. Shame on me for not checking my order before I left the restaurant. This isn't the first time this location has screwed up my order in recent months. About a month ago, I stopped by after work and ordered a couple of hamburgers...I stated to the cashier, NO KETCHUP!! Naturally, I received both burgers WITH ONLY KETCHUP on them! Luckily, I was in the dining area at the time, and had them make me a new batch of burgers. I will no longer frequent this location. What scares me is the fact that these people will be making $15 an hour soon. $15 an hour is a lot to pay someone who can't follow simple instructions on how to make a burger, or sandwich properly. I remember it took me years to work my way up to make $15 per hour in my career. I actually had to apply my mind, make decisions, and use critical thinking skills to get the job done for less than what these people make. It is very sad how far we've fallen as a society to tolerate this type of poor...

We ordered 3 double Cheeseburgers, 3 Large fries, 3 medium cokes and 8 piece chicken nuggets. After waiting 10 minutes we got French fries half filled with leftover burnt fries. Next the burgers were dry, overcooked and cold like the meat was cooked 4 hours prior. When I went back into the restaurant to get my order corrected I was told that it was busy and they were closing (it was 9pm on a Friday). If your employees don't like their jobs, they should quit instead of being miserable and complaining about having to work while they are getting paid. The chicken nuggets weren't even in the bag. $35 for 3 double Cheeseburgers, 3 fries and 3 drinks and an 8 piece nugget is unbelievable! You should be ashamed charging over $5 for the same small, lonely double Cheeseburger. If giving zero stars were possible... That's what you would have received. Absolutely horrible customer service!! Epic fail Burger King

Yet I have NEVER even been contacted pertaining to the order. Because closing at 9pm on a Friday...

There was a young lady Manger yelling at a girl worker. Very Loud. She was very unprofessional yelling like that in front of coustermers. And the Manger told the girl that she would deal with her out side after work. I Really Believe that this Manger should be delt with. If I was a Boss she would be fired on the spot. There was a lot of people in this Bugger king who probably won't be coming back they walked out just like myself and my family. I have young babies and they was even nervous I could tell. I am a pastor of a church just trying to take my family out for a meal and to here that kinda of talk from a manager it really Brakes my heart for the enploy to be treated like that sad. But I will never return to that Burger King ever again. She even smelled like liquor. And this is not the first time that this has happened in this Burger King. I'll be praying for there soles God...
