We ordered online for the first time ever and it somehow defaulted back to the current time for pick up. When we went in the following day to pick up our 6 pizzas for our party they weren't there. This was after we walked in with no greeting, stood there for awhile while the employee (who turned out to be manager Annette) stood there cutting pizzas not acknowledging us. My husband made himself even more known to her, she looked up at him then continued to cut the pizzas still with no greeting. After several minutes 2 more customers walked in the door and that's when she decided to yell for another employee to help us. They didn't care at all that our pizzas weren't there and just wanted to move on to the next customer. I was charged for the pizzas so I requested we get a refund back since they didn't have 6 pizzas available. Turns out the unhappy employee cutting pizzas was the manager and she gave us a refund for our pizzas that weren't available. Two weeks later the refund still wasn't in our bank account so I called the corporate office. They put a request for the store owner to call me. One week later the store owner hadn't called me so I called the store and left a message asking for him to call me. I received a call from the district manager, Angela Menard who started off telling me that she had records that I picked up the pizzas, then told me that she may not give me the refund because they had to throw the pizzas out. When I told her that was unacceptable because her manager already issued me a refund and now she's changing her story around she started yelling at me. I found this to be completely unacceptable for a district manager to be yelling at a customer! The phone call ended with her and my husband yelling at each other and her hanging up on my husband. This morning I received an email from her stating MY bank has rejected the refund. I called my bank and they said this would never happen. I also called corporate last night and left a message for a supervisor (Susan) letting her know all of this information and asked for a call back but never received a call back. I'm shocked at the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE this company is giving their customers!! I admit that I somehow made the initial error but I never picked up the pizzas, I got charged for them, I was promised a refund and never given it. I don't suggest using their online ordering or their company at all for...
Read moreNew Order *8/24/23 Ordered a bunch for a birthday again..was fresh hit delicious and fast! Clean as well. I ordered ahead and picked up. We really like the pretzel pizza! Y'all should try if havent. Still happy with this place! Kids prefer it over others. OLD review -Our family ordered 5 pizzas yesterday for daughter's birthday. We have 5 kids 2 adults. We ordered 2 Extra most bestest Cheese, 2 ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni, and 1 regular pepperoni and got a free 2 Liter with online order and delivery with coupon code. OMG it was sooo good!!!! We haven't eaten out or ordered out since Covid. I don't trust my food is safe but I caved in and ordered from little Cesar's after seeing commercials of safety and stuff. It was believable that they are taking every precaution to keep food safe and little to no interaction with delivery and after food is done it's not touched.nThays extremely important to us. Our child is very high risk husband and myself. I must say that it's better then we expected! The cheese was sooo good just right amount of sauce loaded with cheese how I like it. It was tasty didn't need seasoning. Kids really enjoyed it! Delivery was quick and safe. Door dash called me to verify where to place pizza. I put a note on my order to set on table but not sure he saw that. So I told him place on table outside on porch. He was very nice on phone and thanked him..I really appreciated that he wore a mask even though nobody was around near him when delivering. pizza was a surprise for daughter bc haven't had in so long. Little Cesar's did an excellent job! Definitely will order again in 4 days for next daughter's bday LoL 🍕 thank you to all the workers delivery people cooks ect..Take care...
Read moreTerrible experience. I ordered online, the estimated time was 14 minutes and it was supposed to go in the machine that allows you to skip the line. I showed up 25 minutes after ordering it and it still wasn't ready when I go there. I asked a staff member what the status of my order was because of my estimated wait time and he was rude with his response to me. I asked why it would tell me it'd be ready at a certain time if they're as backed up as he said they were and he rolled his eyes at me saying he didn't know why but I was "gonna have to wait".
I wish I hadn't have paid for it online because after that interaction I'd rather have not stayed and waited for it. Now here I am 35+ minutes after ordering and still standing here waiting with no food.
As much as I enjoy the pizza here, I won't bother coming back and I used to order from here a few times a month.
**Update - I didn't get my food until 35 minutes past the estimated time that it would be ready. I understand that businesses get backed up and whatnot, but if you're going to offer online ordering it needs to be set up so you're getting an estimated time that will get you within 5 or 10 minutes of when your order will be ready. I wouldn't have come to pick up the order when I did had I been informed ahead of time that it would take 35 minutes longer than my original estimated wait time. Between the long wait, and the incredibly rude employee, I do not recommend ordering from this...
