As long as I've been out after going inn, I have remained skeptical of the actual correlation between the " inn n out" name and the speed at which one can actually be in and out with success. Here's the findings of my lifelong research... even with 100 cars in the drive thru your garunteed to come out of the drive-thru at some point. You can always go inn, none have yet to come out. You are garunteed to forget how long you waited once that juicy. One of a kind, who cares what the F it's made of, meat slaps you in the tongue puncher. Thus my 30 years of drive thru experience has yielded nill to none evidence besides the fact that its freaking inn n out! It's the same everywhere and it destroys any other fast food in a side by side taste challenge. I'd put it up against any joint you can Chong Cheech. Aside from mainlineing ecstasy straight from Jesus' secret bag o joy and holy spirit juice while three blondes do naked yoga on the hood of your blown 65 nova as.you rave towards heavens everlasting pleasure garden... nothing compares to the mouthgasm only inn n out can aquire from its first inn you won't want to...
Read moreThis was only the 2nd time I had been to an in and out burger and the food was just as great as the first time. The problem was the girl providing service at the counter. I believe her name was Rebecca. The whole behind the counter team seemed unsure and unhappy mostly from her attitude and unfriendliness in general. Very overbearing and rude in front of customers. She walked past him and rudely said our food would be out in a bit. He tried to get her attention to order the shake and she blatantly ignored him. The other workers seemed afraid to step forward and take the order. I stepped to the counter and loudly said we would like to order a shake at which point she grabbed 1 already sitting at the machine and rang it up. Thank goodness our food came at about the same time. We love in and out but will definitely find a more friendly...

And it's.... Not bad.
Restaurant employees are definitely the stars of this location. Matthew waited on me, spoke loudly and quickly but not so quick that I did not understand him. He was well trained and knowledgeable. No issues taking my order, answered questions and customized my order perfectly. Rare to see this high quality employee in fast food but... There he was.
And it makes up for what seemed sadly yo be mediocre food. Presentation was nice but, flavor wasn't there. I did like piling on the lettuce, tomato, onion and sauce but the double double lacked in the amount of beef in the sandwich compared to other chains.
Likewise, the fries were rather "flat" tasting.
Milkshake was good and their machine was working (a shameless shot at a check competitor's ongoing problem, I hope it will not be the last). They mixed strawberry and chocolate...
