long post 0 stars because I never got my food
Made a very large online order at 7:15 and the email stated it would be delivered by 8:30. The online tracker would not update to show where the order was in the process but thatās not a big issues. I called at 8:15 and was told it would be another 45 mins that they just started on the order. I called AGAIN at 8:50 and was told my order was ādispatchedā and should be delivered shortly. At 9:40 when the order STILL had not been delivered i drove up to the store, which is a 10 min drive from my address to be told that the driver left the store 10 mins ago and should be there shortly. I asked how many orders he was delivering and was told our order was the only one he was delivering. I complained to the store because again itās been nearly 3 hours from submitting the order they canāt give an answer of when I would get it and they just shrugged their shoulders. I headed back to my house and got a call stating that when I called and āadded stuff to my orderā (which I never did) it added our order to someone elseās order. They offered to remake the order which I told them I wanted a refund because again the delay in getting it delivered. Spent another 20 mins on the phone with a manager who couldnāt figure out how to do a full refund because of their screw up. After another 15 mins of being on hold the manager stated that she figured it out and would also give me a $20 credit to that store. I must note that I ate the pizza about an hour after I purchased it, which might explain why the cheese wasn't stretching as it would right out of the oven. However, this didn't diminish my enjoyment of the pizza in the least. The quality of the ingredients and the savory combination of meats made it a satisfying mealš„
In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I captured a video of my visit, which I've shared. It's important to appreciate that the deliciousness of a pizza doesn't solely rely on the cheese stretch, but rather on the overall taste, and Marco's Pizza excelled in that department.š

They were rude to my wife which prompted my call back to see why. The solution was simply to remake the order for an hour wait of delivery. When I asked for a discount or refund, I was told either to take the screw up and late delivery or Iād be refunded. Which is simply the worst type of customer service.
When I asked the manager for his name or something to tie this experience back to, it was refused. Likely due to his knowledge that he was being horrendous.
When I told him I would need to file a complaints with the franchise owner he responded ācoolā and hung up the phone.
I would never spend money at this franchise ever again. Clearly, they have zero regard for how they treat their paying customers where itās ācoolā to be as rude as possible. Go...
