Starbucks — Restaurant in Auburn

This would be a 5 star, if the landscaping was kept a little safer at driveways. This is my local starbucks, have been coming daily for 2 years. I would say 90% of the time my drinks are perfect, which is a good rate in my book. They ALWAYS fix any error in order without hesitation! I like all the lovely individuals I have encountered here, they are usually pleasant and personable! My concern is, trying to leave this location, seems like a death wish. The hedges/tree's have blocked the view of oncoming traffic from "M" Street. You nose out, praying no one is going to smash into you because YOU CAN NOT SEE! Then, once you do nose out, the person who slams on their breaks to let you through, almost gets rear ended. This brings me to the only other entrance on Auburn Way South. The traffic FLIES down the hill to make it through the light. You will sit there forever waiting for a break so you can safely attempt to make it to center turn lane while you wait for another opening. This is only an issue when trying to make a left turn. Right turns can usually find a space to jump into. Remember, if you exit on East side, you risk being pummeled however it's the safest way to exit for traffic heading up the hill. The South exit, puts you at high speed traffic who slams on their breaks to get into the drive through causing a bit of chaos to the speedy drivers behind them. All in all, I just want to leave your parking lot safely! I don't know if the landscaping at entrance is City Property, Starbucks, or the home owner next door. But as a functioning business in our community, PLEASE recognize this hazard and make the line of site...

This was not a very good experience. It would've been 1 star but, the gentleman working at the drive thru was very nice. I came through the drive thru and ordered 19 items with bill over $100. (I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant so I definitely do drive thru) I tipped them like I always do and even paid for the person behind me as a pay it forward like I do at times as well. A manager asked me to park and come in to grab the rest of my food i said i came through drive thru so i wouldnt have to get out of my car due to being pregnant she gave me a rude look and said fine. I waited in my car and she came out and handed me my food I said hold on but, she was so fast she dolted inside. I looked at my items and the stickers said 19 items and I only had 18. I called and said I only have 4 of my sandwiches and I am short one item. She said no there was only 4 sandwiches if you want the other you need to come pay for it. She said come through the drive thru. Mind you the drive thru has 7 cars in line and for them to fix it is an easy fix if they just came out to help me and do customer service... especially when i pay over $100 for items.. So what do I have to do... get out of my car which I didn't want to do in the first place. I go inside and she was not very nice or had the best customer service. She said bring it all in and we will figure it out...... (you serious???? I can't carry everything) I said look at my receipt and she gets my receipt and my receipt SHOWS they were missing my sandwich. I am not happy with the customer service by the manager on duty. I gave 2 stars only for the other employee who was very nice at...

This is the worst starbucks I have ever been too I frequent Starbucks almost every morning (usually a different location in Seattle) but my daughter wanted a hot chocolate so we stopped closer to home I placed a mobile order and arrived to find the front door locked and the staff waving me to the drive thru that had over 5 cars lined up I asked the gal working the window this morning with dark hair June 6 2025 why the lobby was closed she stated it was for security purposes mind you it’s 6am summer time and broad daylight I told her that kind of defeats the purpose of “skipping the line” when you place a mobile order right? She started waving her hand at me to shoo me out of the drive thru and staid well you don’t have to deal with it byeeeeeee in a very condescending snarky way. The 8 ounce hot chocolate she gave my 5 year old was also scortching hot and she couldn’t even touch it before she got to daycare. Extremely disappointing and will never...
