Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Auburn

I CALLED LASTNIGHT AT 10pm TO MAKE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY I PLACED MY ORDER AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE HERE WITHIN 45min HERE IT IS NOW 12:49 AT NIGHT AND MY HUSBAND JUST HAD TO GO PICK UP OUR ORDER AFTER GETTING A HUGE RUN AROUND FROM THE “manager” CYNTHIA OR SO SHE CALLS HERSELF SHE CLAIMED THERE WAS 3 ORDERS ALL PLACED TO MY ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY I HAD TO GO INTO THE STORE AND THEN MAGICALLY WHEN I GET THERE SHE CLAIMED ALL THE 3 ORDERS THAT WAS GOING TO MY ADDRESS JUST DISAPPEARED AND SHE DONT NO WHAT HAPPENED AT ALL, AND FOR ME TO CALL DOORDASH, I EXPLAINED I HAD NO POINT TO CALL THEM AS I DIDNT ORDER THROUGHT THEM AT ALL, WHEN I WENT INTO THE STORE SHE TOLD ME SHE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AT ALL AND RAN IN THE BACK AND SAID SHE IS CALLING THE POLICE, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EVER I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOINT THERE TO SPEAK TO THE STORE MANAGER TOMORROW AND GETTING THIS FIXED I FINALLY HAD TO ORDER A BRAND NEW PIZZA THEN THEY GAVE THE PIZZA TO ME COLD, THE ONLY HELPFUL PERSON THERE WAS SOMEONE NAMED JUAN. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE SHE NEEDS TO LEARN HER JOB AGAIN TO ELABORATE I ORDERED AT 10:01pm I WAS TILD IT WOULD BE HERE AT ABOUT 10:45-10:50 I FINALLY GOT MY PIZZA THATBI AHD TO PAY FOR AGAIN AFTER GETING THE RUN...

• idk if it's the franchise owner that is unbelievably cheap or if the employees really just don't care about their product but why are y'all so stingy with the cheese? I even paid for extra cheese and I've still got toppings directly on crust but it's ok because y'all made up for it by putting so much sauce on this thing I can't taste anything else anyways. And 2 cupped Pepperoni's per slice? Thanks for the generosity I didn't know pepperoni came out of the staffs pay. I also decided to finish cooking this thing too but it needed it since it was ice cold.

Really disappointed in the lack of cheese on my pizza. It's kind of a key ingredient right after crust. Pizza flavour was good and everything was fresh except the ground beef which I picked off. I would probably order from here again I just know for next time I'll have to pay extra to get the cheese that should be on my pizza in...

Placed an order on doordash at 9:58. The website indicated that the store took online and to go orders until 10:30. After the first dasher gave up because no one would answer the door, a second dasher messaged me and said the same thing. When I called the store to try and figure out what was going on with my food a young man answered and yelled " we're closed, stop calling" and hung up the phone. I called back and asked why they accepted the order on doordash if they weren't going to make my food. His response, "That's on doordash SIR." That's not how doordash works. I've worked in restaurants for many years. You have to click a button that accepts the order or it won't go through. Very poor...
