came here around 11 am as I am pregnant and have been craving burgers constantly I was looking forward to my frugal burger I have been eating here since I was a child! For the past 10 years, however yesterday was the first time I have ever had an issue a tall scronny white boy covered in tattoos who apparently is one of the managers definitely because he has spent his entire adult life working fast food an definitely not because he has good customer service had an attitude as soon as I went to the window an wanted to look at me dumb founded when I asked to cancel a burger saying âwhatâ I repeated myself as if he doesnât understand English I ordered 3 burgers 1 for myself and 2 for my boyfriend I have been coming here for years and I am a regular with a majority of the employees when he had voided the one burger I was confused because I was still being charged for 3 instead of 2 if I ordered 3 an voided one I should be left with 2 one for each right ? he told me I had ordered 3 of the same burgers that my boyfriend gets like I said I always order 2 for my boyfriend and one for myself if I wanted to void one I should only have 2 not 3 he insisted I order 4 to begin with! an he was already annoyed when I had first pulled up to window as if itâs my fault heâs miserable with himself.. he basically yelled at me telling me I ordered 3 of the same burgers at the window when I told him I most definitely didnât i kept asking him to look at the receipt so he could understand but he refused an insisted on arguing with me instead of just looking at my receipt which I believe would have cleared all the confusion up quickly but he had his mind made up on what he thought was right I order the same thing every time I go through here the employees that know me know my order as well! As a manger itâs your job to conduct good customer service and to remain calm even when frustrated I have worked fast food as a teenager and have never treated customers in such a way he held up the line cause he wanted to argue with me instead of resolve the issue hiding behind a window than closing the window in my face when I said if you are a manger arenât you suppose to have better customer service ? For a dude covered in tattoos you would think a girls words wouldnât bother him so much lmao! He then opened the window to give me a cash refund for the singular burger an I told him to refund my whole order why would I still want the food after being treated such a way ? Than he had another lady who already had an attitude as well to finish giving me my refund I asked for his name so I can tell a higher up about his customer service! she didnât want to give it to me but that is fine as I am a regular an I will get it anyways! If you are that bitter what are you doing working customer service! The employees here are usually very nice and always happy!    Read moreFor the first time in my life, someone closed the door in front of my face and refused to serve. I am your regular customer. Every few weeks on Fridays I place a large order with you for over $200. Knowing that you open only at 11, I always call in the evening and give notice that there will be a large order in the morning. And always until the last case, I arrived at 11 and the order was almost ready. I waited 15 minutes and the order was ready. This time, the lady who took my order by phone said that you open at 10.30 and said that you will be waiting for me by this time. I am a very punctual and responsible person, and I always arrive on time and never forget the orders that I have made before. Arriving at 10.30, the manager directed me to the window on the other side of the building and asked me to wait. After waiting for 15 minutes, he came out to me and said that my order can't be prepared, because it is too big. Without explaining any more reasons, he went back to kitchen to cook burgers, leaving me in front of the window. After I asked to come to me again, he told me I have to wait 2 hours for my order, or he could not do anything and closed the window in front of my face without anu excuses! This is a complete disrespect to regular customers. The order was for 16 people and 16 people were left without lunch. You accepted my pre-orders by phone at least 4 times before, you can ask for a number, and if you understand that for some reason you cannot complete the order - just call. I drove 20 minutes from Kent in order to see closed window? After this incident, I doubt that employees who have not received their lunch will ever want to order food from you. Yesterday I went there and when it was time to pay the manager asked me for my card, took it, and charged me $12.15. I was never asked for a tip or given the opportunity to tip. My bank texts me the charge amount an hour later, and it's for $13.25. I called in and they told me I must have accidentally added the tip on the scanner, but they didn't hand me the scanner. The manager working in a black shirt took my card from me. The girl on the phone said, "Oh he shouldn't have done that." Then she said their system was down. But I got a receipt, and my card was charged while I was there. Then she told me sorry, but it was just a hard day. So, they just add tips? Thats illegal. I asked for the manager, and they told me he isn't there and had gone home, but the manager was the one who took my card and added the tip. How much many can you take in a day if you steal a dollar or two from every car that drives up? How many times have they added tips and I just didn't catch it? This sucks man I like Frugals.
