I wish I could Write a pleasant review on how well Pizza Hut Service was, instead I writing this review to let you know how they let me and my Company down. Wednesday the 27th I called and ordered 25 Pizza's for our Company appreciation, I was told that they couldn't deliver the Pizza before 11:00 am. I told the manager okay that would be fine i can come and pick the order up at 10:30 am, her reply to me was that would be fine. I then gave her my company credit card information and the address. Today Friday the 1st of March I go to the store to pick up the order and no one was even there, no lights were on and one employee was standing outside looking at me. I left and called the number on the web site and was transfered to the store twice and listened to the music play in the background. I then called the number a third time and got a young lady name Ruby, She was very helpful and she didn't transfer me to the unopened store. she took my information and she would call me back in one hour if she wasn't able to get hold of a manager or the store. I receive a call from a Russell or Rusty and stated that his AM Manager didn't show for her shift and he had no Idea that this was even scheduled for today, he stated that he would give me a $25.00 Credit the next time I call. I thanked him for at least reaching out to me and letting me know what took place but however you know this didn't set well with the owners of my company and the 60 plus that were expecting lunch for our Employee appreciation luncheon. this left a bad taste in the employees mouth and the owners looking at me like who did you call and how much did we spend on this luncheon.($224.00) that never made it. Read moreSo I have had pizza hut delivery before to my campus ( no idea if it was this one). I had put building and room number on the order and request but I ended up having to look for the guy since he just park somewhere and waited for me in the night time hours (I get scared easily at night so that wasn't fun), the food was late and the food was okish. This time was great! Michael my delivery guy called me to let me know that it will be lil later than scheduled which like for others would have been a concern but once I called his manager I was informed that he is the only driver for the night and was apologized to, but on that note I became very appreciative for the call to inform me that he was going to just be 10 minutes late. I found it very professional of Michael. Also since I don't get delivery very often maybe once a year and this is the second time I've ever got it delivered to my college campus, I was extremely surprised and very appreciative that Michael walked to my building to find me, my building to my surprise was locked but I bet he would have found my room too. The small talk that we had was nice, like the perfect length, not to long not to I don't care what you're saying. Just like a nice 3 mins. The food was great, nice and warm. Read moreAccording to my email, my online order was completed at 6:39 PM and said my pizza would be ready at 7 PM. I walked in at 6:59 and was told my order would be ready in a couple minutes after having to wait at the counter for someone to even come greet me after I walked it. Another customer walked it and waited 7 minutes at the counter for someone to acknowledge him and he was just trying to ask for the code to the bathroom, meanwhile you can see employees standing around on their cellphones in the back. When someone finally came back to the counter, I mentioned I was a little frustrated that had to wait almost 40 minutes for my pizza to be ready. Instead of any kind of apology acknowledging my inconvenience, I was told “In our defense, you walked in 3 minutes after you ordered your pizza.” I then pulled up my email confirming I had walked in 20 minutes after my order was completed which also showed my order should’ve been ready by 7pm. I was told “Ok, well have a nice day” after she gave me my order.
