Bojangles — Restaurant in Augusta

What in the world is going on at this Bojangles. I ordered some Chicken Bo Bites cooked to order and after waiting in line for seventeen minutes I was handed a box through the drive through window that didn't feel warm. I open up the box and as expected my order was not fresh or hot. I pulled over and went in and explain to Bobbie who came to the counter what had just occurred. She told me that the manager had steeped out , but they would drop me some and it would be six minutes. I explained that the time they had to cook did not matter. I reassured her after wasting gas in the drive through I figured they would have already been hot. What going on with these restaurants and the drive through window. They take your order after they get two or three cars out the line so that the timer doesn't recognize how long customers are actually waiting in line!! Hey, we are not crazy but, if it is going to take sixteen to twenty minutes at least give us some hot and fresh food. Here's to the real killer, I clearly asked for honey mustard sauce and I noticed the young lady putting some red looking sauce in my box. I asked her what kind of sauce is that and she responded something mango. I said I asked for honey mustard and she responded well, we are out of honey mustard so I'm hooking you up with this flavor. Ma'am I don't want a darn hook up, I just want what I ordered and it to be hot. Why give me three sauces for 6 chicken bites 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ and a sauce that I do not want or like. I went to this place on a cold rainy morning after searching Google for the menu and had my order ready of what I wanted only to get served 2 orders of botato rounds and a sausage biscuit combo paid 13 and some change told the girl my order was wrong I asked for Breakfast bowls only to be charged extra for each individual item I wanted in it she took 10 more dollars and some change then the manager came and refunded me only 4.30 cents for the first order which was wrong only to get home and one of my breakfast bowls didn't have a sausage in it and did I mention none of it was crumbled as mentioned on the website I mentioned it was my first time here I moved here from a small time and we tend to only eat what we're familar with but I took advantage of trying New things only to be disappointed I tell you what if I don't like doing a job I wouldn't waste time and effort doing an application please don't apply for a job if you don't have customer service skills if you're not willing to listen and get an order right I called the manager and informed her of my experience and was told to come back with my receipt but haven't went back as of yet for the simple fact in 1 day I spent almost 25 dollars on food that wasn't correct the first time please do better you never know when you will have a mystery...

I placed my order at 12:26 and was told that the chicken was just starting to be cooked it would take 13 minutes at 12:54 I finally went to the window and asked about my order because a young lady coming up to my car with a bag that would contain maybe biscuits or a sandwich and I knew it wasn't a 8 piece chicken with biscuits when I went up to the window they told me what whenever she told me the 13 minutes that was the cooking time that wooden the prep timing off and for some reason the store never has food down whenever you go in there you always have to wait I don't care if it's a Biscuit in the morning or chicken at lunch but today I spent my whole lunch time sitting in their parking lot sweating waiting for my food not the first time they really need to do something about that and their customer service because you shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes before taking...
