Cook Out — Restaurant in Augusta

This is by far the WORST Cookout in the CSRA. I just spent an ENTIRE HOUR at the drive-thru for our order to be wrong. They told us to pull around and wait in the front of the store for the rest of our order, after charging us for what they got wrong which was more than half of my order. I waited for 20 minutes in front of the store for 2 orders of Chilli cheese fries. I went to the door to ask where my food was, which was unlocked. They tried telling me they were closed and I informed them I just wanted my freaking food. They then handed me my food instantly meaning it had been done for a while and they had no intentions of bringing it out to me.

My order here is always wrong, It takes 30-45 minutes to get food just to wait longer because its wrong. I ordered a big double burger with everything on it and this is what I got. This Cook out is HORRIBLE... Go anywhere on Peach Orchard but here, honestly.

The employees are too busy vaping in the store and dancing/ talking with each other rather than actually working. While waiting for my food there was an employee just sitting in the front not doing a single thing... Not once did he try to bring...

Deplorable!! Zero stars if it were an option. I thought by building your new location on peach orchard I could avoid going all the way on Washington or Walton but that's not the case. Our hot dogs and double burgers we COMPLETELY burnt!! Nuggets dry!! Tried to cover the burnt-ness with heavy ass condiments. Milkshakes made wrong and the customer service sucks!! It took 3 mins for someone to greet me and take my order, even though you had several ppl in the dining area cleaning and employees who stood and looked in drive thru. The place is filled with trainees, I guess and not enough tenured ppl which makes everything slow. The "manager" sucks, he acts as if he does not want to work there. Needless to say $30 down the drain none of us even wanted to call back to have anything remade!! The other locations are PERFECT!! Y'all need to be shut down PERMANENTLY or close the doors temporarily and reopen when you have a NEW fully trained set of crew members...

I’ve got to find corporate’s number because the food is always made bad. Totally soggy bread buns the other week when I got a sandwich and tonight, I ordered and received a float that tastes like it’s been sitting. Like someone else might not have wanted it so they sold it to me. The ice cream in it is all melted and the soda is watery. The last float I ordered on a different occasion was all ice cream and three sips of soda. These are just a few examples. Oh and the other week the girl that took my order was rude and had an attitude. Cut me off because I didn’t go ahead and answer her question she asked me in the middle of me reciting my order. She could have waited until I was done talking. Rude. Then she was nice when I got to the window. And they never ever give actual receipts with the transaction on it.
