TASTY WINGS & SEAFOOD — Restaurant in Augusta

I went here for the very first time and got the 15 piece fresh shrimp. The girl at the counter was really nice and helpful. However my order came up really fast and it was hot and fresh to the naked eye. When I got home I tasted one of the shrimp and It was raw and had a fishy taste. I then started to break open every shrimp just to see if it had the same color and smell and it did. The color of The inside of the shrimp was translucent meaning that they were not fully cooked, and it had a raw fishy smell. I called to inform them that their food was undercooked and that I wasn’t coming back to get another plate or either a refund. The girl at the front counter, encourage me to come back to get my food remade so I did. The second order came up just as fast as the first order and once again, the food was undercooked. I called my order in, once I arrived, my order was input wrong. I corrected my order with cashier and when my food arrived it was wrong. I told the cashier this wasnt what I order and they began adding ingredients to create my order (instead of a redo). Once I got my order home, the taste was disgusting. Took my order back up there and was yelled at by the manager bc I wanted a refund.. Jason, the manager, is a piece of work and shoudnt be in customer service. Ordered a pickup order through doordash app tonight and didnt realize they closed at 930pm and i was having to walk to pick up my order. I submitted the order around 915pm and i was about a 20min walk to get there . I called them on the phone and explained my situation and they were nice and understanding and told me they would wait till 940pm.
