Walked in to this location 10 minutes to closing and the entire staff including the shift leader had an attitude. One of the employees walks to the back with an attitude stating she was about to walk out. There was another person that walked in behind me as well. The shift leader face was all bald up you can tell they all were pissed because of us walking in last minute. I had just gotten off work and wanted to grab a bite. No one greeted us there was no professionalism and the shift leader did not lead by example. The young lady was cleaning even went to unlock and lock the door with her gloves on and came right back to fix sandwich’s at that point we just wanted our money back. The young lady made a remark that she could never be a manger because of customers like me. I made a remark and instead of the shift leader sending her employee away from the counter she decided to tell me not to say anything else and I’m a grown ——— woman. The young lady also made a remark that she would tell Heather what she said which further more tells me Heather doesn’t provide disciplinary actions to her employees for her to feel comfortable enough to even say that. Read moreUpdate: 1/11/22 ...So, I decided to give this facility another try. I was very disappointed again. I ordered two medium subs. One Italian and one Club on a sub. Once again the staff seemed just... not like it used to be. I decided to check my purchase when I got to the car. The Italian sub literally had maybe a three inch small square of meat in the CENTER and there was NONE on either end of the sub.... it was just pure bun. So I took it back in and told them that I try hard not to complain, but there was literally nothing there but bread. I am simply NOT going to pay $8 for a bun. The lady took it back and told me she would remake it. I am pretty sure she didn't make a new sandwich, she simply added the meat that should have been there in the first place. This WILL be the last time I patronize this establishment.
Really disappointed with this visit. Been there before and never an issue. Perhaps a new staff. I was given my order, without the usual marking. Now it’s the total opposite, the staff appears to be sleepy and my last three orders have been incorrect. I even told the cashier that the last two times I ordered, it was wrong. So I expected something different this time. And where they had been leaving things off my sandwich they made it with everything on it as to be funny when I only asked for steak, cheese and meat. I had enough vegetables for a garden! Then I called back several times to make a complaint and no one answered the phone. So I will be calling their corporate number first thing in the morning.
