got a really good coffee from here last week for the 1st time the menu doesnāt have names for the items with pictures so I asked this young gentleman with dreads and he told me what it was and I got one for my sister it was made just like the pictures. Today I tried visiting for the 2nd time and again I donāt remember the name Iām trying to find an alternative to Starbucks. A young white went out of her way to come to my window which was great because Iām omw to work and trying to be quick. I asked her the exact same question because itās the same picture with no name. Well⦠today I was told the white chocolate chiller, German chocolate chiller, and some other chiller all look like the picture⦠immediately irritated I asked her what does she mean all there flavors look like the same picture? She seemed kinda off if Iām being honest because sheās smiling weirdly at me like she knows something I donāt but Iām simply asking for a product she should be familiar with. Finally I settle for the German chocolate⦠she then asks would I like whip cream because the drink does not come with one.. I had to leave because I almost said something to somebody daughter. I'm not sure if it's due to the new hires or higher demands but with the exception of a few workers, most of the newer employees have an attitude and seem to not care if they mess up an order. I've asked for the same drink 3 times, and they manage to mess it up even after I brought it to their attention. There use to be faster service even when the line is wrapping around. There were 2 other cars today and we waiting 25 mins for 3 simple drinks. Others were getting theirs and leaving after coming later. It just seems unorganized and messy now and I'm really disappointed. When you frequent somewhere 3-4 times a week an occasional mess up is understandable but when it starts getting worse after every visit.. it's unfortunate. Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve never had an issue until today, the day where I was refused service because the employee said that the smoothie machines were down (cleaned for the night) the store was still within operating hours and I wanted a smoothie with a free drink card i received the other day. She stated they were still serving other items except the smoothies only because they were ādoneā for the night. My understanding is the service should be provided with all menu items unless they are out or actually closed, this was not the case. She said to come back next day. Please for future requests, donāt refuse service of any item on the menu knowing you have it available or are still open. I understand when itās cleaning time and employees want to leave but service should continue until closed. I come back because the menu items are delicious BUT this incident was a sour experience. If I can get in touch with the owner of the peach orchard location Iād love to have a brief conversation about customer service and the importance of going the extra mile...
