Checkers — Restaurant in Augusta

*Update worthy I thought it couldn't get much worse till the other night. Was ignored the entire time. Took over 10min just to get a glance. If I managed to get an employees attention and ask how much longer I was given excuse after excuse. After 45 min waiting in front of the window for 2 small orders, I asked again since the customer was messaging obviously concerned. I was then told they wouldn't serve me and to leave. Door dash tried to reach out to them and they didn't answer. The orders were canceled one being $50. I've never had any restaurant as a delivery or my own order, treat me with such disrespect. Saying customer service training would be ideal is an understatement. They can't get one order out in less than 10 min as well. They also love people out of line and have them wait in the parking lot so they're not held accountable for long wait times in the drive thru.

Hours state they are open till 3am. But at 2:30 employees hanging out in the parking lot and turning away customer after customer including deliveries saying they were closed. Even though I had an online order that was accepted. In just 5 min time I watched the business lose atleast 6 customers. Not including the order I drove 10 min to pick up and I even tried to call which of course went unanswered to verify they were open....

I saw my favorite female rapper, Glorilla, had a meal, and wanted to try it. I was in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes, and there was 1 car in front of me. I got to the window and double-checked that they were making the right burger. The guy told me they didn't have the right bread for the sandwich. They had all the other ingredients, so I agreed.

20 minutes later I got home and was disgusted at what was in the wrapper. The burger looked a week old and stepped on. The only ingredients to make it onto the sandwich were onion, cheese, and sauce.

Yeah, I got none of the good stuff. I can't even tell you what it tasted like. I wouldn't dare put it in my mouth. I usually don't go to Checkers anywhere in America because they've really fell off. I have them a shot only because of Glorilla. She couldn't get me to vote for Kamala. I shouldn't have let her trick me into wasting...

I’m a Nurse , just wanted a good burger around the corner.. around 1am on Feb . 21, 2024 .. order the Bacon Sourdough Melt burger the lady was kind at first but she took my money gave me the change back told me to go around I’m assuming to the pick up window . That’s when she came gave me my drink which was half it wasn’t full I order a medium then wipe her nose thats the 2nd red flag ! Didn’t go wash her wash hands then went to take a sip of her drink as well . I watch her the whole time through the window took my burger out of the wrap & put it in another burger wrap with no gloves on !!! Then when she came to the pick up window I asked for my refund because I definitely didn’t trust what I seen oh no !! She got upset & the manager I’m assuming ask why she told her she didn’t know . When she came back with my refund money I told her she responded she didn’t touch my burger . Ma’am you lied in my face because I watched you do it all ! Nowadays going to fast food you gotta watch them & pray it’s some clean employee working in these restaurants. I have worked in fast food restaurants before my career I would never be...
