The 4th floor ICU is a joke!!! Worst Dr's ever and have absolutely no clue as to how to deal with a psych patient! I signed the consent for treatment, and yet because my son had an episode and told the nurse not to touch him, several times, the nurse proceeded to forcibly grab him, and so my son hit him, which I do not condone, but the nurse was told not to touch him, so he was sedated and restrained and I went to the waited room. Later, I was told he couldn't have any visitors for 24 hrs, so I came home and was told by the Dr that I could call and check on him and that they would call me with updates. They did not call me and when I called, I was told my son wasn't there! Absolutely nothing was handled the correct way! There was NO communication! It was 2 days later before I got a call from them, and for 2 days, I was told about 20-25 times that he wasn't there instead of a NO information patient! This place needs a lot of changes, and Dr's fired and Psych patient...

One doctor kept asking me do you have any more questions. I live in Atlanta, but I highly would consider Augusta University hospital if I had major...
