Word of Advice...CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE T|HE DRIVE-THRU-WINDOW!!!! Biggest mistake I ever made today. Ordered the Family meal which consisted of 12 pieces of chicken, 1/2 gallon of tea, 4 biscuits and 2 sides. I ordered 1/2 original crispy and 1/2 grilled. Got home and had all items but the 6 pieces of grilled chicken. Immediately found my receipt and called to inquire about the missing chicken and to see could I come back and get what was omitted from my order. Spoke to a young man that confirmed that 12 pieces of chicken actually came w/the family meal and then he allowed me to speak to his manager. Spoke to the MGR, John, who told me he personally fixed my order and that he did include all of the chicken. I informed him that only the 6 pieces of crispy were in the box but he was adamant that he packed it himself, and I felt like he was saying that I was lying. Had no reason to lie plus I am no thief. And who's going to lie about 6 pieces of chicken. He did offer to replace but the damage had been done. My husband refused to drive back across town because of their error. Had the manager gone back and looked at the tape, cause I'm quite sure they have camera's, it would of shown only 6 pieces of chicken, instead of 12 were placed in my box.The only good thing out of this situation was that the food we received was great. I have absolutely no complaints about the food I did receive because it was delicious. Please believe, this is my last time eating here. Will drive to Peach Orchard Rd from this day forward. The workers here have been kind and courteous whenever stopping through. This visit I waited for meds at one of the local pharmacist nearby.

This gave amble opportunity to observe and enjoy the environment and food. Their was a few regulars that were here. We spoke and had casual conversations. As the workers enjoyed the regulars in occasional words between customers and their regular shift duties.

At the time, It was noticed that there was a five dollar special covering a number of items to choose from. Thus, it provided options for those who would rather have something other than just fried chicken.

One of the options included chicken pot pie. Another, boneless chicken that appeared to be in a sauce. There were maybe four or five options to choose from in the specials for the five dollars.

Food appeared to be maintained which kept it freshly made and enjoyable.

There was a steady flow of traffic through the drive thru and the inside had its flow of those coming inside. It seemed once one set would be finishing and leaving another flow would come through.

Never was it over crowded or seemed too busy for the workers who kept it steady and the customers under control never allowing to overwhelm those coming in. No one left as a result of the workers not maintaining the flow of traffic inside or outside.

It was clean inside and outside. Tables were maintained. Bathroom was tidy and clean. There was a worker who peeped in checking its cleanliness it seemed between the flows of...

I come to Kentucky Fried Chicken on occasions and the food is pretty good. This place has been remodeled recently so it’s real swank with the light fixtures and decor on the walls. The $5 fill up box is a pretty great steal. You get a ton of food for $5. I’ve had that a few times. I really like the Crispy chicken here. I don’t like the original recipe chicken because it’s so soggy. The crispy chicken is so crunchy and succulent inside. The sides are pretty good as well. I noticed the last time I dined here some customers had to come back to retrieve the rest of their order. This place gets pretty busy and the employees are not as efficient as they can be with handling all the customers orders at once. Another thing, most of the fountain drinks were out or didn’t have any syrup or sweetness to them while I was there the last time. Good thing I dined in because I would have been mad if I had made it home and realized that. I don’t know how long it was like that, but the employees were unaware of it until one of the employees came around to have a drink and almost threw up from the taste or lack thereof of the soda fountain.
