Being a regular at Ming Wah, the owners were telling me they were opening a fish market up the street. I was uber excited, being that I love fish, and fried at that!!! So once they opened I had to experience this place. First let me say, the owners bend over backwards to accomodate your needs and explain anything that needs to be explained. Now to the food, can you say "good down home southern fried fish"!!!! I love fish that is fried in corn meal, it gives it more flavor to me, and the fixing are just as tasty. But they also sell chinese food as well. Being a new business they have their hand on the pulse of how a business should be ran! I see them being there for a long time to come!!!

I bought my fish raw!! Fried it !! It was not fresh!! The Crocker fish was too big!! I called Publix and Kroger and asked did they have any fresh Crocker. He said the fish was hard to come by. They haven’t had any Crocker fish for years. So that means the fish markets will do anything to keep the Crocker coming, you don’t know what they are feeding the fish to make them big!! One thing I know that a lot of us loves Crocker!! So watch out!! You might want to change your fish!! Always get the fish wild caught fish!! It’s healthy for your body!! Don’t be quick to get your fish fried without looking at it first !!

Food: 1 Customer Service: 4 Affordability: 1 Cleanliness: 2 $30 later for 2 meals...Over priced, seafood not fresh at all, paper thin flounder pieces, plate full of fries, greasy, salty, old hard cocktail sauce. I couldn't finish eating my meal, stomach pains 15min into meal. I'm for sure this fish was bad... Sweet tea was tasty, but full of ice. The good, free parking. Not wasting my time on a long behind review of this mess. One and done. Happy Holidays!

Food was freshly cooked. Fried bream fried rice. French fries, hush puppies. Orslaw. Fried rice is ham fried rice or only onion and egg for same price. Extra if vegetable fried rice extra if want onion in place of ham. Best subtractions no add on.

Female very friendly and welcoming. Male not so much. However, female she is mostly there and greets you while taking your order at the register.

When completed your number is called and you pick up at the register. If you are choosing to eat in there are booths and tables with chairs. Therefore, wheelchairs can be seated here.

Bathrooms can accommodate a push wheelchair not sure if electric chair would be able to turn in bathroom maybe a tight squeeze trying to maneuver. It could be done. Possibly, backing into then transfer.

Appeared clear in resteraunt and bathroom. It was a cozy location. Wheelchair parking in front. Additional parking to the side and back if needed.

Also, I have never noticed a fishy smell as fish appears fresh. One may choose from the fish on ice to be cooked or wrapped and taken out after purchase.

Convenient location off Walton Way. Close enough but not in...

This welcoming little place is run by a Chinese family that is happy to chat and happy to serve some of the best seafood in Augusta. It's a simple place with a few formica tables whose clients mostly live close by and pick up the food to bring it home. So you can call ahead and be sure the food will be ready quickly, or if you can't wait, grab a chair and soon you'll be joining a conversation with friendly folks from the neighborhood. We usually order the large shrimp peeled and battered, with the rice house specialty. But we also love the various fish that they display whole, and clean and gut for you...
