Unexpected pleasant surprise. The outside of the premises is utilitarian at best, and the interior is a little better. Ambiance is that of an inexpensive oriental buffet, so this was a little of a shot in the dark for a Friday dinner surprise. Well, the food spread is much better than what the atmosphere would suggest. We (party of four) found an abundance of properly cooked shellfish (e.g. shrimp. scallops, mussels) prepared in many different styles, some US-Chinese food mainstays (e.g. beef broccoli, dumplings, etc.), several concessions to US favorites (e.g. french fries, fried chicken (neither tasted)), you name it. Fun for me in these set-ups is to taste a tablespoon of everything found appealing, which I practically did, and I must say nothing was bad, most was competent, and very little was relatively disappointing. Unbelievable (if you don't mind a very simple ambience), for a tab around $50 for the entire party of four (June 2022), before drinks. My stars guide: 1-avoid, 2-disappointing, 3-competent, 4-preferred, 5-destination. 3 is a solid rating; 5...

So we’re eating there bring the ticket and they have 2 adults which i would pay that if my son was a adult he’s 8 freaking EIGHT YEARS OLD , so I asked to speak to the manager so this little dude come smaller then Jr not even lying he said he is not 8 he’s bigger then me you’re lying , you’re sons a liar ! And I just lost all my common sense no person will call my child a liar when he’s not even lying ! He said he’s to big to be 8 “you’re raising you’re son to lie” like what excuse me ! Jr started crying because he kept being called a liar ! My mom just hurts to say the least and how even older people can be so cruel and judge a child’s size !! @king buffet...
Read moreI've been here about 5 or so times. The outside of the building is very unnoticeable. You'd drive right by it and not know it was a restaurant. I'm very selective on what I eat. The Chinese food is good but I've noticed they don't have many or any beef options. It's mostly chicken and some pork. I'm assuming this is because of cost. I like the crab rangoons, pot stickers and chicken in a stick. The Mongolian pork is really good too but they put small amounts of pork in with a ton of onions so you have to dig for it. The "American" food looks very unremarkable. Its never looked good enough for me to want to try. The desert options seem store bought but are still good. Over all I enjoy King Buffet. On thing I can say though, the price could be lower for what you're actually getting. Oh, and don't get water. It tastes straight...
