Krystal — Restaurant in Augusta

I have been coming to this location for years and it is absolutely terrible now. Just 3-5 months ago, the service was great, food was fresh, and there were no issues. I have came to this location 2 times in the last 3 weeks and the place is starting to look run down. When you pull up in the drive thru, half the menu is just white as if they took it down hoping you would drive off and not order. There was one car that pulled up before us and just drove off, prolly because he couldn’t see anything on the menu! That’s exactly what I did the first time but today, I ordered bc we wanted Krystals and had to guess the combo number since it wasn’t displayed. The staff was very rude and clearly did not care to be servicing us. BUT the worst of it all…..ALL of our Krystal’s were overcooked to the point they went in the trash! I have never had to throw away every Krystal in all my years of visiting any Krystal’s location. Sure you have those occasional visits where the Krystal’s may not be the freshest but still edible. Not these. I am honestly baffled at what we were served and the terrible service here. We are now making dinner since we had to throw ours away! If this type of service continues, this location won’t make it. Whoever owns this particular Krystal’s should schedule a mystery shop as it will be eye opening for management. The current staff needs replaced with staff that wants to work and keep the place thriving! Having to give 1 star is more than what is even deserved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND visiting until management addresses and corrects...

I usually go through the drive through when I go to Crystal's but this time I had time to kill on my lunch break so I proceeded inside to get food when I came to the counter no one was there then everyone appeared out of nowhere from outside literally every acting very weird nothing taking my order I went to the bathroom and it was the worst disgusting thing I ever seen I told the manager about it on a different occasion when I went because it was in the same state as when I seen it a while back anyways I talked to the manager about it and she says she's not the one that's going to clean it and she can't get anyone else to which I found extremely strange when I know that's a part of everyone's job that works there she told me that the reason is like that is from that walked in from outside if you think how I do you understand how dumb that response was long story short don't go...

The store like all Krystals are closed to in room dining. And only drive thru is available, one would believe with that being said... their job should be much easier. You got one job cook food and be prompt. NOPE! We were in line with 4 other cars in front of us over 30mins. And even when we did get to the window to pay was still to pull up and wait another 10mins for our apple pies were ready. They were excellent I might say but everything else was sat on the counter and got cold and soggy. Also mentioned my military discount where's I received every Krystal I've been to the clerk couldn't have cared less. Poor service and concern for the customers who keep your business going seem to be the norm nowadays. Far and few in between I'm impressed anywhere, infact I'm more apt to be surprised if at all goes...
